2 1 AdWords, Facebook & More Sprout is a South African ad tech agency run by young, bright, career-driven individuals who excel in their field of expertise. An impressive client list featuring prominent local ecommerce brands has established Sprout as the local frontrunner in the industry. In a nutshell: Several high-end ecommerce brands are coming on board and Sprout is looking to grow the campaign management team to accommodate them. We are hiring ambitious individuals who want to shoot the lights out to ensure clients are well looked after. We are looking for those particularly proficient in the day to day management of paid media campaigns (CPC or CPM) who have had a key focus on conversion performance in the past. If you are a junior at an agency currently we really want to chat! We are the next stop if you want to take your PPC experience to the next level and play with the latest in advertising technology. The position of Paid Media Specialist will require you to learn new platforms at lightning-fast speed, engage directly with clients and assess their needs, garner insight and use intuition as a guide as you optimise campaigns on a daily basis. Technical troubleshooting will be required from time to time with an escalation support team on hand when required. Regularly delivering reports to clients is par for the course, but we would very much like you to automate this where possible.

Non-essential platform experience we re looking for: DoubleClick Search DoubleClick Campaign Manager DoubleClick Bid Manager 3. Application proficiency we re looking for: AdWords Editor Facebook Power Editor MS Excel (essential!) MS Word & PPT Google Sheets/Docs/Slides 4. Professional experience we re looking for: 2 years campaign management, working with the essential platforms day to day Best-in-class client service account management or relevant experience BA degree or equivalent. In lieu of a degree, sufficient self-taught experience 5. Character, culture and attitude we re looking for: Analytical, extreme attention to detail Ambitious, career driven Honest, reliable, uses intuition as their guide Self-motivated, driven Organised, seriously organised Proactive, not reactive Can work as part of a team and independently We ll teach you this stuff
