A travers ce projet, nous créerons deux nouvelles entreprises sociales viables, au Royaume Uni et en France, basées sur les notions d empowerment et d entrepreneuriat. et Résumé: : The main aim of the project was to transfer the model of Basta, based on empowerment and social enterprise, to two social organisations, Elia in France and Diagrama in the UK. The project is part of one of the biggest networks within the Social Economy in Europe. The project has had ten partners from Sweden, France, England, Spain, Italy and Norway. They represent big and small social organisations working in the field of disadvantaged groups. They are all interested in the transfer and have the ability to disseminate results and also to integrate project results in their activities. San Patrignano from Italy is also the source of the model that has inspired both Basta and the other partner Jegersberg gård from Norway. Already has the resources within the network been used. For example, The Manager at Jaegersberg is member of the board in one of the Basta companies.new cooperation has been tested in the network. New business ideas have been discussed. People from the network have been spreading the message of EASE and this transfer of innovation at different seminars and conferences through out Europe. This project is covering two years in time, from October 2013 Sep The project activities are divided into 8 work packages: 1. Project Management and Coordination (Oct 2013-Sep 2015) Basta is in charge. 2. Feasibility Study (Nov 2013-March 2014) Two studies have already been done in France and UK. 3. Model Development Training Module (April 2014-August 2014) This was succesfully held at Basta with participants from UK and France. 4. Adaptation to country specific - UK (Sep 2014-Feb 2015) On-going. 5. Adaptation to country specific context - France (Sep 2014-Feb 2015) On-going. 6. Quality Management and Sustainability (Oct 2013-Sep 2015) On-going. 7. On-going Evaluation (Oct 2013-Sep 2015) 8. Dissemination and Exploitation of results (Oct 2013-Sep 2015) 2

3 Information sur le projet Approches de l'empowerment ( capacitaction) et de l'entreprise Sociale ( SE1- Interim report has been done.showing that we are on the track. WP1 outlines the organisation of the whole project. The organisational structure of the project is based around 3 consortium meetings when all partners meet and 5 operative team meetings when the exporting/importing partners, Basta, Elia and Diagrama UK meet. Two of the operative team meetings will be held through Skype. We have had two consortium meetings in Nice, France and San Patrignano, Italy. Already we have had 5 operative meetings in France, Sweden, Italy and Norway. They have also employed 3 people for this purpose. The event was held together with Soli-Cités to show this result but also to celebrate their 10th anniversary. There was an exhibition as part of the event where San Patrignano had also created furniture that was displayed. Open for the public.
