Résumé: According to Ecorys annual report on the situation of SMEs in 2012, the crisis of 2011/12 affected the sector and the instable economic environment continues to pose severe challenges to them. Nevertheless, they still form the backbone of the EU economy accounting for 99.8 per cent of non-financial European enterprises in They have to struggle to improve their performance, competitiveness and innovation on the ever-changing, instable market. One of the most important assets in organizations is knowledge. Despite this, many SMEs are not doing enough to effectively manage the knowledge that exist inside and outside the company for its competitive advantage. The aim of the project is to transfer the Enterprise 2.0 Knowledge Management to SMEs. To meet this overall goal, we will develop a methodology for implementation of multimedia and Web 2.0-based knowledge management system in SMEs. We will also provide a technological infrastructure that will allow employees create, disseminate, share and apply the knowledge, anytime and anyplace, within or outside the company. Finally, the consortium members will disseminate and promote the results of the project among their clients, national and international partners, and their wide networks of contacts (companies, educational bodies, training organizations, non-profits, etc.). The KM 2.0 Methodology will be available for any organizations interested in implementing multimedia and Web 2.0 tools for knowledge management. The project will result in development of an integrated methodology for multimedia-based knowledge management in SMEs and will help SMEs to benefit from new technologies more effectively. Description: First of all partners established rules and regulations of the project implementation and set the communication mechanisms. Project coordinator (FOZ) prepared and signed agreements with all partners. Protocol of transnational cooperation and communication was also developed and the project management tool (Trello) was chosen. Face-to-face and on-line partnership meetings were also organized and the progress report was prepared by FOZ. Partners conducted desk research about the knowledge management techniques and tools and research among Polish, Spanish, German and Croatian companies regarding knowledge management. As a result the desk research report, country reports and Knowledge Management 2.0 MATRIX were prepared and the partnership start to work on the Knowledge Management 2.0 Handbook. Partners divided the work and set deadlines. Each partner was responsible for the preparation of selected part of the document. Handbook was written in English, checked by native speaker and then translated to national languages of all partners. Handbook was also published on the project website and printed. At the same time partners started to work on the training program and training materials. Files were first prepared by FOZ in English and all partners were asked to add their comments. When the basic version was finished partners started to translate training materials and adopt them to the need of individual countries. WP3 just started but partners already planned the activities in this WP and frist 2

3 Information sur le projet trainings were organized - 4 in Poland and 3 in Germany. Regarding the WP4 Evaluation and quality management plan was prepared and implemented. Partners already evaluated 3 partnership face-to-face meetings and internal processes (the mid-term evaluation report was prepared). Questionnaires for meetings evaluation, research among SMEs and training evaluation were prepared. Project is also monitored on a daily basis through project management platform, on-line meetings and day-to -day contacts. NF, partner responsible for project promotion and dissemination of results, launched the project website, prepared project visualization and planned national and international electronic media campaign. For this reason the Promotional and dissemination plan was prepared. Partners informed about the project on their websites and NF prepared promotional materials (pens and Knowledge Management 2.0 Map).
