Increasing of qualification of middle and top management of Public sector and SME s in Slovakia and Czech republic by means of transfer of European best practice and developing an elearning portal. The project will be divided into 5 phases: 1. In-depth training in quality management. 2. Analysis of background materials provided by EFQM training modules will be developed. 4. elearning portal will be developed, which will support the training mainly in the initial phase and then in the self-study phase. 5. Pilot training will be carried out with 40 participants which will be a basis for the accreditation of the programme. Target groups: Public sector SME The core part of the training programme will consist of 9 modules, based on the 9 EFQM criteria as follows: Leadership People Policy & Strategy Partnerships & Resources Processes People Results Customer Results Society Results Key Performance Results Handbook for participants includes 9 training modules: Leadership People Policy & Strategy Partnerships & Resources Processes People Results Customer Results Society Results Key Performance Results Curriculum (study program for all 9 training modules): Leadership People Policy & Strategy Partnerships & Resources Processes People Results Customer Results 2
