I served as advisor to Vice- Presidents responsible for employee training. I supervised 3 employees. I relocated and phased out my consul1ng business. Director of Counseling and Guidance Services and adjunct instructor Supervisor: Provost Nathaniel Reed. August, 1978 August, I relocated to complete my doctorate and pursue addi1onal work experience. Provided leadership for Title III funded Developmental Educa1on/Student Services Grant, established and directed the Student Development Center which included the Honors Program Assessment and Developmental Educa1on Assessment as well as Counseling, Academic Advising coordina1on, Ca- reer Services, Academic Skills Development, the freshmen year experience, New Student Orienta- 1on, academic progress monitoring, and Disability Services. Developed, administered and re- ported student surveys, conducted course effec1veness studies, developed Student Reten1on Programs. I established a Student Development Center, a Con1nuing Orienta1on Center, an Aca- demic Skills Development Center, and a Student Orienta1on Center. Developed online job infor- ma1on service in 1979 (over 15 years before similar internet systems were used). Wrote several funded grants. I served as Faculty Senate Representa1ve for five years. I chaired Organiza1on and Administra1on Self- Study for Southern Associa1on reaffirma1on process. I supervised five full 1me staff members.
