1 CEPT UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF DESIGN POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM IN MASTER OF INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN / BRIDGE COURSE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS ADMITTED IN ACADEMIC YEAR : 1) Online registration: The successful candidates (whose names appear in the merit list and not in the waiting list) above will be eligible the online registration and payment of fees. You will have to complete the registration and payment of fees by 5 PM on 8 th July, We will be ing you the registration pack containing step-by-step guide shortly. Please read the instructions carefully and register yourself online. Please remember that your admission is provisional and subject to verification of the original documents on your arrival at CEPT. The wait listed candidates The wait listed candidates should expect to hear from us between 9 th 11 th July, If you have not heard from us by 11 th July till 5 PM then please consider your application as unsuccessful. 2) Important dates 1. Online registration of courses starts Thursday, 3 rd July 2014 till Tuesday, 8 th July 2014 up to 5.00 pm. 2. Announcement of wait listed candidates Wednesday, 9 th July 2014.

2 3. Last date for payment of fees and online registration for wait list candidates 11 th July 2014 up to 5.00 pm. 4. Declaration of registration status Tuesday, 15th July Semester begins Monday, 21st July Submission of documents as per scheduled below: Date & Day Time 21 st Jul 2014 (Monday) pm pm 22 nd Jul 2014 (Tuesday) am pm pm pm All original certificates and testimony of the documents will be retained till 11 th August 2014 (date of closure of admissions). 3) Documents to be submitted (in original) to the administration: a. Degree Certificate (can be submitted by the end of the semester). In absence of Degree Certificate Provisional Degree Certificate is accepted. b. Transcript or Mark sheet of all Semesters. c. Migration Certificate or Transfer Certificate (can be submitted by the end of the semester). d. Caste Certificate for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Socially and Economically Backward Class (SEBC), issued by the authority empowered by the Government in this behalf. Non Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate of the family, issued after 1 st April of the relevant academic year, by the authority empowered by the Government. e. Certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the Civil Surgeon, in case of Physically Handicapped candidate.

At the time of graduation, you may choose to have the deposit refunded by providing a written application. If you do not provide the written application, your deposit will be credited to the alumni association of your faculty towards your membership. Fees can be paid through one of the following two ways: 1. Net Banking/ Credit Debit card through online payment gateway 2. By printing auto-generated pay-in slip, and cash/demand draft payment at any ICICI bank branch in India. Two pay-in slips will be generated as followed for newly admitted students : Semester fee Rs. 97, in favour of CEPT FACULTY OF DESIGN payable at Ahmedabad.

4 Deposit fee Rs. 25, in favour of CEPT UNIVERSITY payable at Ahmedabad. Please note the following: 1. Please note that you would not be able to register your courses without the fees payment. 2. CEPT University neither commits nor proposes to obtain any approval, endorsement, rating or recognition from any non-statutory organizations. 3. The degree conferred is as per the powers given to the CEPT University under Gujarat act no. 24 of 2005 and its subsequent amendments.
