Plans and initial negotiations to formulate a Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, or TTIP, heralded a new era in transatlantic relations. The purpose of the 5 TH Annual AmCham Business Day is to critically revisit the TTIP agreement with the aim to revitalize transatlantic relationships and foster ways for collaboration between American and German companies. Given the importance of big data for 21st century business and policy making, particular attention will be given to concerns of data and cyber security for individuals and businesses.
