Bespoke teacher training The IOE welcomes groups of teachers from schools, districts, regions or countries each year to undertake bespoke teacher training with us. We can tailor short courses depending on the needs and desired learning outcomes of the group and can offer a full range of expertise in education and related social sciences. We can also discuss the possibility of delivering training in your country. In the past we have delivered training on topics such as educational leadership, English teaching, curriculum and pedagogy. MOOCs We offer three MOOCs in partnership with University of London International Programmes. ICT in Primary Education What Future for Education? Supporting Children with Difficulties in Reading and Writing We have developed outstanding new professional development programmes for cohorts of teachers including the International Postgraduate Certificate in Education (IPGCE), the MA Advanced Educational Practice and the new ipgce programme for teachers without honours degrees. All such programmes are based on directed self-study complemented by our virtual learning environment and supported in schools by peer mentors and our Associate Tutors and Mentors. These courses provide exceptional professional development opportunities to teachers looking to develop their careers around the world.
