1 Sprint Business Fusion Plans ADD QUICK LINK Overview Key Features Launch: 7/11/14 Executive Summary/Overview ~ New Corporate Liable plans tailored for businesses of any size that are simple, scalable and predictable. They offer unlimited voice and text as the base plan for handsets plus data options including data devices. Most of the current business plans will be retired from the marketplace with the launch of Sprint Business Fusion Plans. And, a Double Data promotion at launch offers smartphones twice the data, for a limited time. Sprint Business Fusion Plans offer: o Unlimited talk and text for as little as $15 per line (with un-discounted device). o Selection of data options that allow phones, tablets, and other data devices to pool data together. o No line limits or required devices. o Combined hotspot data pooling with regular on-net data (except for Unlimited smartphone data plan; see below). o Double Data Promotion available at launch for smartphones. Pooling is more than a convenience. o It is a tool that creates more data plan options. o Handsets need an average of 1.5GB per line? Use half 1GB and half 2GB plans. See Resources for more information. o Easy to add mobility/collaboration applications such as Canvas, Telenav and Airwatch. Choose your Smartphone: $35/per line, per month: Unlimited Talk and Text Save an additional $20 per line, per month when you purchase the device with: Easy Pay installment billing, bring your own device, purchase at full regular price or certified pre-owned devices. 2. Choose your data for each phone: $30 per line, per month: Unlimited Data (required for smartphones). This plan includes 3GB hotspot allowances. Data does not pool with this plan. Get double data from 7/11 9/18: o $20 per line, per month: 4GB 2GB Pooled Data o $15 per line, per month: 2GB 1GB Pooled Data o Additional data above monthly allowance: 1.5 /MB ($15/GB) Basic Phone Plan Options ~ 1. The combined data is available on a first-come, first-served basis for each device in the pool group to use as needed. If someone's not good at sharing select unlimited data for their phones. 2. 4 2GB 4GB Data Pooled 1GB 2GB Data Pooled $20 per line $15 per line Customers get to keep their double data plan until they switch to a non-sprint Business Fusion plan. Promotion is currently set to expire 9/18/2014. Once expired, new lines or plan swaps will receive regular data allowances. It s easy! Promotion is built-in to smartphone plans. No additional action is required by rep to add the promotion. Plan Discounts with an un-discounted device ~ Customers who purchase their device with Easy Pay, pay full SRP, bring their own, and certified pre-owned devices get a discount for their Unlimited Talk & Text MRC. Both the full monthly plan charge and the discount displays on the invoice. Discount is systematically applied at the subscriber level, no action required by Sales rep to add discount. In most cases, the discount is expected to display on the next bill after plan is added. But if plan is added a few days before a customer s bill is generated, the discount is applied on the following bill. Set expectations with customers that discounts may take up to 2 bill cycles to apply. Discount will not apply toward prorated charges set expectation with the customer. Discount will be removed if customer purchases a discounted device. Discount will not be applied on a discounted device when a customer is upgrade eligible or a service agreement has ended. Data Pooling ~ Now combines on-network data + hotspot data o Unlike other plans, customers that need hotspot service don t have to purchase separate hotspot add-ons. o Sprint Business Fusion Plans conveniently combine both hotspot and regular on-net data together into a new data usage category called 3G/4G Data with Mobile Hotspot. o Let s look at how this works with an account with 3 subscribers that chose data options in Pool Group 2: Subscriber Sprint Hotspot data Regular on-net used data used 2GB phone data option 1GB 1GB 3GB tablet data option none 2GB

Top 3 data pooling facts to remember: o The data pool is used on a first-come first-serve basis. When full data allowance is used, overage begins charging at the subscriber level. o Back-dating plans is strictly prohibited o Automated data usage suspension and notifications do not apply with pooled usage but do apply with off-net non-pooled data roaming usage. Add-on Services ~ Standard add-on services apply except included services like Sprint Mobile Hotspot addons which aren t available. Customers who need more Mobile Hotspot data will need to consider a separate Mobile Hotspot device and plan. Plan Expirations ~ With the exciting new plans and so many other existing plans to choose from, it can be confusing for our customers. To help, Sprint is simplifying options for customers by expiring some currently available plans. 6 Customers with expiring plans can: o o o keep their plans Add new lines to their plans Switch between pricing options within their plans New accounts cannot be offered the expired plans. o All support materials for the expiring plans are removed from SMARTWorks and i-connect. QRBs will be archived. Plan Terms ~ Sprint Business Fusion Plans do not have a minimum service term. Any minimum term requirements will be associated with the device purchases. Plans are not discountable. Subscribers may be charged a reactivation charge up to $15. Plan Positioning SIMPLE Businesses customers need to spend their time running their business. Sprint Business Fusion Plans remove complexity, allowing customers to quickly understand what they are buying and for how much. Understanding their bills are just as easy, letting customers focus on their business and making Sprint the easy choice to partner with for their next purchase. SCALEABLE Businesses have fluctuating needs and they require a plan that sensibly allows for their ebbs and flows. No changing rates, no arbitrary limits. PREDICTABLE A simple and scalable price plan means bills that are easy to predict, allowing customers to smartly manage their finances and make payments on time, making Sprint an easy choice to partner with. COMPETITIVE Elegantly simple design is valuable, but businesses expect the bottom line to be competitive too. Sprint Business Fusion Plans are priced to win and differentiated with features and un-throttled unlimited data.

7 Sprint vs. Competitor Plans Verizon & AT&T: Shared Data Weaknesses o Why would you want to pay a variable rate? o Why would you want a plan that cannot grow with you? Unique Features o Does international text or cloud storage really address a need you have? o Do you have security controls to allow (or prevent) your sensitive information to be stored in the cloud? T-Mobile: Classic plans with subsidy are no longer offered. o Even if subsidy is made available today, you may not have a choice in the future. Unlimited is really less than that with throttling. o At the end of the month, do you need your employees to be productive or can you live with 2G connection speeds to close out your sales month? Information based on publicly available information as of Positioning Business Fusion vs. Framily Sprint is placing a business focus on our Corporate-liable customers through our new Sprint Business Fusion Plans and they should be the lead offer for all corporate-liable selling scenarios. We will continue to have Framily plans available reactively to those customers that ask for it. Ensure the customer clearly understands the Business Fusion Plans and why we think they are the better choice.

Frequently Asked Questions Question Do customers need to be enrolled in the GB Discount Program as they did for Business Advantage Choice? Answer No, Business Advantage Choice was a trial that was launched in a limited fashion to gauge effectiveness and to limit volumes while enabling sales in a wide variety of sales channels for the broadest feedback possible. The new Business Fusion Plans do not have the same requirement. Question When should I sell Sprint Business Fusion Plans? Answer Every time you are talking to any business (CL) customer. Question I see really low rates out there from our competitors, are the Sprint Business Fusion Plans competitive? Answer YES! It s important to understand that advertised rates can be misleading by either omitting costs or assuming the best possible rate is achieved. For example, an advertised rate might be: unlimited voice and text for a smartphone is only $15; or for only $175 get 5 lines and 10GB of data. What is left out is that you have to pay for your device (typical smartphone is an additional $25 on an installment plan) and if they need less than 10GB of data they pay a higher rate. When all

9 costs are considered (Total Cost of Ownership), Sprint Business Fusion plans compete very well and offer Simplicity, Scalability, and Predictability. Question Are these plans restricted from any devices? Answer These plans are designed for our core wireless services and cover almost any device Sprint sells and many certified devices not sold by Sprint. These plans are not combinable with Sprint Phone Connect or Category 2 Embedded Computing devices. Question What if my customer wants more data than the plan options provide? Answer For handsets, unlimited data is the upper data plan option which meets all usage needs. If a smartphone user needs more than 3GB of mobile hotspot usage, a separate Hotspot device should be purchased. Question Are there any discounts available? Answer No. These plan prices and the simplicity/stability of the offers deliver value to customers they can easily evaluate against the competition and choose the Sprint Business Fusion Plans for their competitive value. Question I sell in a channel that is monitoring sales of Framily plans, should I worry about selling this plan versus Framily plans? Answer No. Framily sales are being monitored; however CL sales are viewed differently than consumer/il sales. There are no negative consequences for selling this plan instead of Framily. Question -- If a customer activates a subsidized/discounted device on Business Fusion, can the discount be applied once the customer is upgrade eligible or service agreement has ended? Answer No. The discount is an incentive for customers to take advantage of Easy Pay s convenient monthly installments, pay full price for device, or activate a BYOD device when adding a line on Business Fusion. It cannot be offered to existing customers on Fusion unless they upgrade using Sprint Easy Pay or pay full SRP. Question What other services can I add to these plans? Answer Normal plan add-ons are available such as international services and business applications. Standard pricing for those services apply. Question Is Easy Pay available with these plans?

10 Answer Yes. When purchasing a device at SRP or by Easy Pay in the sales channels that offer it, smartphone and feature phone subscribers will receive a discount off their Unlimited Talk and Text plan charges. Question How are discounts for Easy Pay/SRP applied? Answer Subscribers without a device minimum service term will have a monthly-recurring discount applied automatically within 2 bill cycles. Customers who retire their device minimum service term can request to begin receiving a credit but will not receive the discounts automatically. Question How does data pooling work? Answer For subscribers that do not have an unlimited data plan, subscriber data allowances are accumulated within a Pool Group and available for subscribers to use on a first-come-first-served basis. Overage will begin to be charged to subscribers once the accumulated data allowance has been used. Subscribers must be on the same BAN for data to pool. Subscribers with different plans with data pooling plans (such as Business Data Only Pooling Plans) will not pool their data with Sprint Business Fusion Plan subscribers. Question How much Mobile Hotspot data is included with the plans (for capable devices)? Answer Data plan allotments are deducted by regular use or mobile hotspot use except for Unlimited smartphone data plans. Unlimited smartphone data plans include 3GB of mobile hotspot usage (per line; does not pool). Question Is there any special compensation associated with these plans? Answer Normal compensation schedules apply. Accelerators for machine-to-machine only apply to 1MB, 5MB, and 25MB plans.
