30 New Devices Order Confirmation Order Summary: from Flash Wireless: Receipt for purchase and shipping notification Welcome Username and password for Account Management Page If transferring phone number: containing transfer information Please note: Wait at least 4 business hours for the transfer of your number to complete, and you will be notified when complete through . This means a number transfer submitted after 5pm EST may not complete until Monday morning. Transferring landline number may take up to 10 business days.
31 New Devices Transferring Phone Numbers Completing Port Process: If transferring existing phone number to Flash Wireless: Check from Flash Wireless about transferring phone number and activation. Upon receipt of the device, the customer must complete the port by: Logging in to their account at Select the phone number to transfer Verify the information is correct Click the Transfer Phone Number button
32 Order Process BYOD Service on the Nationwide Sprint 4G LTE Network Device Eligibility Flash Wireless (s) 1. You originally purchased your device and it is currently active (or was previously) on the Sprint Network. Make sure you don't have any outstanding financial agreements on your account with Sprint. (Example: Service Agreements, Installment Billing or Lease Agreements, or Early Termination Fees) 2. You originally purchased your device and it is active (or was previously) with a pre-paid carrier such as Boost or Virgin Mobile. Check your device by using the Flash Wireless Device Approval Tool. A device on these networks must have been active for a minimum amount of time with the pre-paid carrier to be transferred to Flash Wireless (or any other network).
33 Order Process BYOD Service on the Nationwide Sprint 4G LTE Network Device Eligibility Flash Wireless (s) 3. You purchased your device from a third party. Check your device using the Flash Wireless Device Approval Tool FIRST. Try to get the device s ESN/MEID before purchasing it and then use the Device Approval Tool. Since the device is coming from a third party with an unknown history, use the Device Approval Tool to make sure there aren t any issues.
34 Order Process BYOD Service on America s Largest and Most Reliable Network Device Eligibility Flash Wireless 1. You originally purchased your device and it is CURRENTLY ACTIVE on America s Largest and Most Reliable Network. Flash Wireless only accepts devices that are currently active if they are NOT under a service contract or handset agreement with the carrier. Devices may only be transferred to the $64/month plan. Although the device might be approved using the Device Approval tool, you would not be able to activate it on any plan except the $64/month plan. If you would like to bring an active device to a plan other than the $64/month rate plan, you need to contact the carrier directly (800) and deactivate your device. You will be responsible for any outstanding balances, Early Termination Fees if you are under contract or any other outstanding financial agreements.
35 Order Process BYOD Service on America s Largest and Most Reliable Network Device Eligibility Flash Wireless 2. You originally purchased your device and it is NO LONGER ACTIVE on America s Largest and Most Reliable Network. These devices should be approved without issue. However, check your device using the Flash Wireless Device Approval Tool FIRST. If the device is not approved, please contact the carrier (800) to determine the reason. What s Next: Once any issues preventing the device from being approved are cleared, try your device again using the Flash Wireless Device Approval Tool.
36 Order Process BYOD Service on America s Largest and Most Reliable Network Device Eligibility Flash Wireless 3. You originally purchased your device and it is active (or was previously) with a pre-paid carrier operating on America s Largest and Most Reliable Network such as Straight Talk, Red Pocket or Page Plus. These devices should be approved without issue. However, check your device using the Flash Wireless Device Approval Tool FIRST. If the device is not approved, please contact the original carrier to determine the reason. 4. You purchased your device from a third party. Check your device using the Flash Wireless Device Approval Tool FIRST. Try to get the device s ESN/ MEID number before purchasing it and use the Device Approval Tool. Since the device is coming from a third party with an unknown history, you may encounter certain issues related to the eligibility of the device.
37 Order Process BYOD If you want to know if your device can be transferred to Flash Wireless or Flash Wireless (s), utilize the Device Approval Tool

Obtain instructions on what is needed to pay off the contract penalty or device installment plan 3. Settle the account to free up the device 4. Once payment is made, it will take 72 hours to clear the MEID/ESN through the various systems 5. Once a minimum of 72 hours has passed, return to Flashwireless.com and re-enter the MEID through the Device Approval Tool
