As both a translation and print company, the work this does for our quality assurance in the DTP/formatting process is indispensable and we are consistently finding new uses. Thank you TVT! 3 The most recent Customer Statements 2 We introduced TVT to our Regions Headquarter/Scandinavia, Europe and Americas back in The return on investment was achieved already within a few months since TVT not only reduced dramatically the high amount of manual proofreading work, but also accelerated and simplified the approval process of our packaging material. For instance we have one product which is a real multilingual one, 24 languages on one label, one carton and one insert. The proofreading used to take several weeks when sending to consultants and affiliates. I recommend all new users to have the training, not just buy the software. However, having not been formally trained, we never knew of its full capabilities until our recent 2-day training. Our trainer, Marc Chaillou, was very knowledgeable about the software, and very personable. He was willing to spend one on one time with those that had specific issues or questions. He even encouraged us to provide our own examples to ensure we completely understood the software. It was a very productive training session. It provides an extra barrier in the prevention of errors. However, I would like to see additional features. Although the documents can be detached electronically they are restricted to one monitor. Since I have 2 monitors it would be useful to allow the documents to be moved more generally across my screens.

7 User Statements 6 TVT is easy to use and is a great help to us checking accuracy of pdf documents to the original word. It is very helpful in my work proofreading package inserts for the labeling. Text Verification Tool software should be fit for all versions of Abode Acrobat (the old ones and the new ones). it s good and very useful to me We have an in-depth knowledge of all text comparison tools available in the market place. We have intensively tested and evaluated all of them. We came to the conclusion that the Text Verification Tool from Schalfender Hase is the best by far the best! It is a really interesting tool. The interface and page handling could be in some case frustrating but the time gained and the quality of the result is always impressive. I have to say that I need to train myself on the tool more deeply. Eine prima Erfindung! (A wonderful invention!) Das TVT findet alles was es finden soll. (Very good system!!!) Very useful tool for text comparsions but cloning can sometimes lead to confusion. Overall very satisfied. However, I use two monitors and would like the ability to place each document on a differnet monitor for better viewing. We utilize TVT on a daily basis in comparing approved clinical label text against the clinical label proof. TVT does an excellent job in identifying errors and validating accuracy of the proof. Wir arbeiten seit Ende 2006 mit dem TVT. Davor haben wir die Texte mit dem Textvergleichsystem von IRIS verglichen. Allein schon die Schnelligkeit des TVT wäre ein Argument für die Umstellung gewesen!! Ich würde mich über eine Kurzfassung der Bedienungsanleitung in Deutsch sehr freuen! (We have been working with TVT since the end of Before that we used the comparison system from IRIS. The speed of TVT would have been reason enough to switch. I would be grateful if there could be a user manual in German!) The training was good and very useful, especially as we could give examples of what we would like to TVT. Das Schulungskonzept ist perfekt auf das Programm abgestimmt und toll ist auch die Arbeit mit eigenen Dateien dabei! (The training program is perfectly geared to the tool, and you can work with your own files!) Die Schulung war äußerst strukturiert und auf uns zugeschnitten => aus unserer Sicht besteht kein Verbesserungsbedarf. (The training was well structured and focused on our needs => from our point of view there is no need to change anything.) In our company, TVT is validated for 11 languages, so for these languages, we don t have to do a full manual proofreading any more. It has added a good bit of quality control without lengthening turnaround times.

(A time savings of about one hour for per piece of user information.) very useful tool for proofreading Spart Zeit und erspart einem das häufige manuelle Gegenlesen von Texten nach erfolgten Änderungen. (Saves time and avoids the frequent manual reading of corrections by hand.) Packmittelkontrollen sind sehr viel einfacher. (Checking package inserts is much simpler.) It has made our workflow faster in checking i.e. packaging material texts. saves off lots of time. It takes less time to compare documents. The reports serve as a proof to reviewers that documents have been compared. A lot of mistakes, inconsistency are avoided using TVT. in unserem Hause hat es für grosse Erleichterung gesorgt bei unseren Graphikagenturen/Druckereien allerdings bedeutet es einen Mehraufwand (it brought a great relief for our company for the external layouters and printers it meant more work) The software works very well and is quick to point out differences. Das TVT ist ein fester Bestandteil unseres Controllings geworden und trägt erheblich zur Risikominimierung bei. Unser Ziel - die Null-Fehler-Produktion - ist ohne TVT nicht denkbar. (The TVT has become an integral part of our quality checks and has significantly reduced risks. Our goal zero production mistakes would be unthinkable without TVT.) Arbeitserleichterung, da Fehler schnell identifiziert werden. (Makes work easier because it quickly identifies mistakes.) Because it s so fast we keep checking texts several times, after each proof, for instance. manuals are excellent Personally I am very happy with the TVT product and service of SH. I work in the labeling group and I use TVT software constantly. I am always comparing different versions of labels and noting changes. Now, I cannot work without TVT as it is part of my work procedures. Wir vergleichen wöchentlich ca. 70 bis 80 Dateien in über 40 Sprachen. (Per week we compare approx. 70 to 80 file-pairs in more than 40 languages.)
