A novel approach to adjuvant preparation and immunization Current immunization protocols involve a greater than two month process, tedious adjuvant preparation, undue stress on the animals, and a relatively low success rate. Compared with the conventional Freund s adjuvant, our new procedure allows for fewer immunizations, a reduced antigen dosage, and quick antibody induction. Resulting antibodies show a high titer and high affinity. Our new process does not alter the antigen conformation and is easy to use.
