5 Ruth s Chris Steakhouse Ruth s Chris Architect Evans Group New Construction Plumbing Construction Cost $3.5M Project Size 11,000 SF Completion Date 2008 RUTH S CHRIS STEAKHOUSE Lake Mary, FL OCI Associates, Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering design services for a new Prototype Restaurant for the Ruth s Chris Steakhouse chain. Ruth s Chris is a 45 year old established high end steakhouse chain that originated on Broad Street in New Orleans. The brand is represented in 115 locations throughout the United States with 14 locations in Florida.

6 AVIVA RESTAURANT Tavistock Architect Peacock & Lewis Architects Contractor and Construction Manager Marmatt Global Renovation & Upgrade Plumbing, Fire Protection, ITS/AV Systems Completion Date 2011 Aviva Restaurant Renovation Albany, Bahamas OCI Associates, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for an interior renovation of the fine dining restaurant located on the first floor of Albany House in the Bahamas. The Aviva restaurant features a private chef s table and champagne bar with dramatic seaside views. Aviva is exceptionally refined and delivers a new standard of dining and service in The Bahamas for gourmet cuisine and specialty wines. The project was designed under Peacock and Lewis Architects and completed in Albany s name is inspired by the historic beachside mansion Albany House in the heart of the Bahamas community that now houses a fine dining restaurant and oceanside lounge. Originally owned by French filmmaker and Inspector Gadget creator Jean Chalopin, Albany House made history as the site of two movies, most notably the James Bond 007 film Casino Royale.

Renovation & Upgrade Plumbing, Fire Protection, ITS/AV Systems Construction Cost $1.4M Project Size 5,800 SF McCoy s Bar & Grill Orlando International Airport, Orlando Florida OCI Associates, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for a 5,800 SF interior renovation project at the McCoy s Bar & Grill restaurant located on the 4th level of the 445-room Hyatt Regency Hotel. The estimated $1,400,000 project underwent major renovations to the entire facility to create more of a new casual tavern feel under the design team of KBJ Architects. The updated restaurant includes new booths, tables, chairs, flooring and window treatments and removal of a portion of one wall created an exhibition kitchen. The design included a new entrance doorway from the hotel lobby, and a new lobby sushi bar called Hiro s Sushi. Construction on the project was completed by R.L. Burns in the Fall of Completion Date Design Completed in 2012

8 Walt Disney World Walt Disney World Architect Marty Dorf Renovation Plumbing Construction Cost $5.5M Project Size 15,000 SF Completion Date 1995 CALIFORNIA GRILL Contemporary Resort, Lake Buena Vista, FL OCI Associates, Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering design services for a 15,000 SF Renovation to Disney s California Grill in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The California Grill is an upscale dining experience with a California style and part of the dining experience is the open stage kitchen where you can watch the talented staff prepare the meals. The menu is based on the freshest seasonal ingredients and changes frequently combining the very best of California Fusion cooking and a wide selection of wines from the West Coast. From its location on the 15th floor at the Contemporary Resort, the vibrant charged atmosphere of the restaurant offers spectacular views of the Magic Kingdom, where there is also an observation deck where guests can enjoy the nightly fireworks display from the theme park.

Chef Mickey s is a character dining experience with a buffet style service complete with everyone s favorite Disney Characters. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner with a casual and family orientated feel.

10 Walt Disney World Walt Disney World Architect Morris Architects Renovation Plumbing Construction Cost $750K Project Size 7,000 SF Completion Date 1993 OUTER RIM LOUNGE Contemporary Resort, Lake Buena Vista, FL OCI Associates, Inc. provided complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering design services for a project at Disney s Contemporary Resort which involved a renovation of the existing area of the 4th floor of the Grand Canyon Concourse to incorporate a new lounge called the Outer Rim. The original Outer Rim Lounge design was in place from and became more recently updated. The Contemporary Resort is one of the first resort hotels opened at Walt Disney World back in The unique features of this 1,007 room resort include the mass transit system of Disney s monorail that runs right through the center of the hotel concourse.

Now owned by Darden Restaurants, Inc., headquartered in Orlando, FL, this franchise is one of the world s largest company-owned and operated restaurant company with more than 1,700 restaurants that include Red Lobster, Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, and Bahama Breeze.
