10 The EBG modules CNC-drilling and CNC-milling Course preparation 1 Selection of suitable Chinese partner institutions: sufficient stock of machines for CNC-drilling/milling, tools and testing instruments good qualified teacher and trainer 2 Further qualification of Chinese CNC-trainer at EBG in Germany (duration: 4-6 weeks): get familiar with German training plans according IHK-standards CNCdrilling + milling Training in methods for vocational training system of vocational training + further qualification in Germany Excursions to enterprises: technical developments 3 optional course implementation at the Chinese partner institution (duration: 180 or 360 hours) CNC-drilling or milling (each 180 hours) or complete package (360 hours)

11 The EBG modules CNC-drilling and CNC-milling implementation of courses 1 Provision of EBG/IHK-training plans CNC for partner institution and translation into Chinese 2 Examination of training capability according the IHK-standards by EBG-experts before the course starts 3 Implementation of the training by Chinese CNC-trainers who were qualified by EBG in Germany before 4 Coaching of the course in China by EBG from Germany and China

12 The EBG modules CNC-drilling and CNC-milling examination EBG creates a CNC - final examination according IHK-standards for the Chinese partner institution and translates this into Chinese EBG send German CNC-experts to the partner institution before the course is finished to prepare the IHK/AHK- examination Implementation of the examination according DIHK-standards. Duration of examination each 9,5 hours for CNC-drilling OR milling Commission of examination: 4 representatives of IHK-Magdeburg and Potsdam + 1 representative of AHK Certification of successful participations by of EBG and AHK as CNC-skilled worker

13 AHK/EBG-Modules services at and for enterprises Practically oriented CNC-modules drilling/milling can be added in China after Vocational Education without any problems CNC-modules are focusing upon improving manual skills handling concerning machines, tools and material Modules make the transition from college or Vocational School into the enterprise easier Modules are suitable for students of vocational schools and students of technical colleges as well as for skilled workers Enterprises can shortly and costs saving increase their rate of CNC-skilled worker Invitation of experienced workers to take part in short time training courses strengthen the loyalty between employees and employer Retention measurement International certificates (IHK/ AHK) guarantee high quality standards

14 AHK and EBG - Partner in Education AHK set up a member in the commission of examination Organisation of Round-Tables and enterprise conferences in order to inform companies about AHK / EBG-projects AHK offers EBG and Chinese partner schools an own platform for advertisement Accreditation of AHK-certificate by the Chinese Work- and Education ministry AHK asks for a fee of 500,- RMB for every AHK-certificate CNC-skilled worker drilling/milling all interested persons can join
