5 REGISTRATION POLICIES CANCELLATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS, DOWNGRADES and UPGRADES If you need to cancel your conference registraqon, you may do so for a refund, less a $ cancellaqon fee, unsl Friday, September 27, ASendees who register prior to or auer the deadline date, who do not cancel in wriqng by the deadline date, are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registraqon fee. Sorry, requests received auer Friday, September 27, 2013 cannot be accommodated. Upgrade pass requests must be submised in wriqng along with payment informaqon for the difference in value. Registrants with a Balance Due status have unql the end of the current price period (i.e., Super Early Bird, Early Bird etc.) to pay their balance. If payment is not received by the end of the current price period, their registraqon will be cancelled and they will have to re- register again at the next prevailing rate. AGE LIMIT Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permised on the premise at any Qme during ARM TechCon. PROGRAM CHANGES UBM Tech, producers of ARM TechCon, reserve the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when condiqons beyond its control prevail.
