Certification Audit and Rwy 05 RESA, Mariscal Lamar International Airport, Cuenca, Ecuador (2012) Retained to undertake an aerodrome certification assessment & audit to identify Part 139 non-compliances and safety/security hazards. Concurrently undertaking a feasibility study for a Runway End Safety Area (RESA) at Rwy 05 End including reviewing EMAS enhanced alternatives. New Terminal Development, Arturo Merino Benítez, Santiago, Chile ( ) Technical consultant to LAN Airlines for the $800M USD terminal development, including preparation of traffic forecasts, terminal concepts & sizing, airline space programme, process simulation modelling, technology strategies and implementation plan, and concession model advisory. IT & Security Systems Risk Assessment, Calgary International Airport, Calgary, Canada (2009) Retained to undertake a comprehensive assessment of existing IT and security systems at airport terminals including recommendations for upgrades and replacements to specialty systems, adoption of new technologies and trends, and associated organizational and business approaches. Master Plan Update, Jackson International Airport, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea ( ) Prepared an update to the gateway airport s overall master plan to 2030 including a full on-site assessment of the existing infrastructure and systems, and stakeholder consultations. Provided conceptual plans for redeveloped terminal area. Also, delivered two-day Master Planning course. Undertaken with predecessor firm.

6 Owner s Rep. and Certifier, Infield Development, Toronto-Pearson International Airport ( ) Master Planner and Owner s Representative for the $270M design-build for greenfield development between two north-south runways. Included 11-gate holdroom terminal, and cargo, flight kitchen, hangar, airline support facilities. Role included project oversight, certification & acceptance. Peer Review & Value Engineering, Runway 11-29, St. Louis-Lambert International Airport, USA (2003) Undertook peer review & value engineering of 75% complete designs for $800 million project including new Runway 11-29, taxiways, airfield lighting and navaids, roadways, bridges and aircraft de-icing facility. Work was undertaken on behalf of City of St. Louis (Airport Owner/Operator). New Passenger Terminal, Ottawa-Macdonald Cartier International Airport, Ottawa, Canada ( ) Part of award winning Project Management team which provided overall management, planning, technical advisory, independent certification and acceptance services to Airport Authority for new $310 million Passenger Terminal Building including new aircraft aprons, taxilanes & de-icing centre. Owner s Representative, Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, India ( ) Provided resident strategic and tactical planning and operations management solutions to GMR/DIAL (Airport Operator) during $2 Billion USD development of new terminal facilities. Work included planning, oversight and certification of a number of airside projects including new cargo Airport Certification, Lilongwe & Blantyre International Airports, Malawi ( ) Retained by the Government of Malawi to assist in assessing two international airports for compliance with ICAO aerodrome standards and in establishing and implementing an airport certification process. Assessment and recommendations also included airport security. Undertaken with predecessor firm.

7 Phase II Terminal Expansion, Ottawa-Macdonald Cartier International Airport, Ottawa, ( ) Retained to undertake the airside and landside planning, design and construction services for the $100M USD terminal expansion, including aircraft stands, passenger boarding bridges, markings, blast deflector wall and VDGS provisions. Project included eight new PBBs including one MARS stand. New International Terminal, Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai, India ( ) Involved in $3B USD redevelopment, including undertaking (i) aircraft apron & taxilanes detailed design, (ii) design & specifications for all IT, terminal/security systems & apron services, (iii) fuel hydrant system design and (iv) support services (shop drawing reviews, inspection, testing, ORAT). Terminal Revedevelopment, Norman Manley International Airport, Kingston, Jamaica ( ) Involved in the detailed designs and tender documents for the aircraft gate services (i.e. PBB, fuelling) for the terminal redevelopment which included seven (7) new contact gates. PBB services including bid evaluations, shop drawing reviews, inspection, testing and commissioning. Airport Redevelopment, James A. Richardson International Airport, Winnipeg, Canada ( ) Led the planning and preliminary designs for the new $585 Million CAD terminal apron, taxiway/taxilanes and aircraft gate services (i.e., Passenger Boarding Bridges, Visual Docking Guidance Systems, Fixed Ground Power, Preconditioned Air, Hydrant Fuelling, Communications, etc.). Apron Reconfiguration & Second PBB, Whitehorse Intern. Airport, Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada (2012) Retained to undertake planning & design for terminal apron reconfiguration, including stand markings, and for a new Passenger Boarding Bridge. PBB work included preparation of technical specifications, procurement documents, shop drawing reviews, inspection, testing and commissioning. Undertaken with predecessor firm.

8 Airside Demand/Capacity Study, Jorge Chavez International Airport, Lima, Peru, (2012) Retained to identify short-term (2013-8) operational, physical or technological solutions to increase airfield operational capacity & mitigate arrival/departure delays. Study included an airspace/airside discrete simulation model which identified capacity/delay hotspots and tested various solutions. New Mariscal Sucre International Terminal, Quito, Ecuador ( ) Involved in $650M USD greenfield airport, including undertaking airside master plan, airspace design, obstacle assessment, runway/taxiway/apron detailed designs, and design and procurement of aircraft gate services including Boarding Bridges and Visual Docking Guidance System. Rwy 06L-24R Rehabilitation & Upgrade, Toronto- Pearson International Airport, Canada ( ) Led the preliminary & detailed designs for the rehabilitation and upgrading of Rwy 06L-24R for Code F (Airbus A380) operations, including the repair/rehabilitation of all runway & exit pavements, construction of new runway shoulders and replacement of airfield lighting and guidance signs. Rehab. of Rwy & New De-icing Facility, Red Deer Regional Airport, Alberta, Canada ( ) Retained to undertake the planning and preliminary designs for the rehabilitation of the cross-wind runway (11-29) and new aircraft de-icing facility. Work included preparation of cost estimates and applications for capital funding. De-icing facility included spent fluid collection & storage system. Airside Lease Lot, Halifax-Stanfield International Airport, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada ( ) Undertook the planning and detailed design for a 36 ha. greenfield lease lot development at the Rwy 05 end with direct airside access. Project included a new Code C/E taxiway, edge lighting, guidance signs, full municipal servicing of lease lots and groundside road access. Undertaken with predecessor firm.
