3 Objectives Support and stimulate the enterprises in each step of the innovation process. Facilitate the implementation of enterprises and local territory innovation attitude. Facilitate the flow of knowledge from Universities, Technology suppliers and RTD centers to enterprises. Facilitate the technology sharing between enterprises in a district operational framework (competition vs cooperation) Support and catalyze the creation of network of competences.
