2 Company at a glance Alba Leasing The partner for small and medium-sized enterprises Alba Leasing is a financial company founded in 2010 on the initiative of some of the most solid and reliable Italian banking groups: Banca popolare dell Emilia Romagna, Banco Popolare, Banca Popolare di Sondrio and Banca Popolare di Milano. Alba Leasing distributes its products mainly through the banking channel using an extensive network of approximately 5,000 branches of Shareholder Banks and other Partner Banks that guarantee a widespread presence throughout the national territory. At the end of the third year of activity, Alba Leasing is placed in 5th position in the general ranking of leasing companies and currently occupies the 5th place also on the equipment leasing ranking, with a market share of 7.88% (Assilea, 30 Novembre, 2013). With specific products, Alba Leasing provides companies credit resources and the necessary know-how to give support to their development plans and opportunities with a particular focus on the industry, energy, transport, constructions, high-tech, and services sectors. Concentrating its efforts and addressing its products and services in these sectors, Alba Leasing offers an important contribution to the recovery of investment companies and to facilitate their growth strategies for the years to come. Strategic development guidelines Extensive and efficient sales coverage throughout the country, in particular Alba Leasing: - distributes its products mainly through the banking channel; - offers a wide range of leasing products and ancillary leasing products (i.e. insurance products); - offers its products in line with the prevailing market conditions; - provides an effective commercial coverage through a differentiated model for the Shareholder Banks and other Partner Banks. 4 Distribution Channels Our Partners A quality brand for Banks, Suppliers and Vendors Our banking partners are able to offer their customers products of high quality and efficient leasing under a brand already established in the market. In accordance with the marketing strategies of individual banks, Alba Leasing provides full coverage of loans, direct sales, and administrative functions and operation services throughout the country. We provide banks the necessary skills in all phases of the loan contract on evaluation and credit structuring, administration and accounting, legal and fiscal, based on our experience as a serious and reliable partner of important credit institutions. We are aware each bank has its own identity and its particular characteristics depending on its territory and history. By virtue of this, Alba Leasing has a differentiated business model according to the various distribution networks of Shareholder Banks and other Partner Banks. Our sales network is composed of 5 divisions tailored to provide efficient solutions and specifications for each banking partner. A division is devoted to the banks of Banca popolare dell Emilia Romagna Group, two others to the Banco Popolare Group, one to the Banca Popolare di Sondrio, and one to other channels, Vendors and Suppliers.
