ON-THE-GROUND COSTS: Basic program fee per student: USD4, PROGRAM FEE INCLUSIONS: ACCOMMODATION: 57 nights of shared room accommodation in Sydney, for students including breakfast on the first 4 mornings of the program. TRANSPORT: Group private transfer from Sydney Airport to Sydney accommodation after the group flight. Public transport pass with credit of USD40.00 Group private transfer from Sydney accommodation to Sydney Airport for the group flight. ACTIVITIES/GROUP MEALS/EVENTS/MEETINGS: Welcome dinner in Sydney. Orientation in Sydney on day of arrival and the following day. Limited Internet at accommodation. Sydney walking tour with a local guide around the historic Rocks area including lunch Full day trip to the Blue Mountains including entry to a wildlife park and a one way ride on the scenic railway 2 x catch up dinners for all students. 8 week internships for each students at a company based in Sydney for 5 days per week based on the company s normal working hours. Farewell group dinner for all students. STUDENT SERVICES SUPPORT: Fully-trained local staff will be provided to manage on-site logistics, assist with on-site emergencies, and provide information as needed. AIIA staff will send weekly incident reports on each Friday of the program. Please note that all arrangements for accommodation, transportation, meetings, activities and services outlined in the proposal have been tentatively arranged and are subject to change without notice. In the event that any accommodation, transportation, meetings, activities and services does change, Phi Beta Dingo USA, Inc. (together with its affiliates, PBD ) will make reasonable efforts to reschedule with a

PBD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity if any kind occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation, any act of negligence or breach of contract of any third party such as hotel, restaurant, train etc. who is to or does supply goods to the tour. Without limiting the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by law, PBD is not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedule, overbooking of accommodations, default of any third parties, sickness, weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, force majeure, war, quarantine, criminal activity, or for any other cause beyond its control. If a tour is cancelled by PBD for any reason, PBD shall have no liability beyond the refunds of all tour participants deposits received by it. Under no circumstances shall PBD be liable for any activities undertaken by participants outside of those listed in the Proposal. Any activities undertaken outside of the scope of the services under the proposal are at the participants sole risk and expense.
