Eligibility The contest is open to Quebec residents age 18 or over who, on the date of contest entry, are good standing members of a group with which La Capitale General Insurance (La Capitale) has an exclusive insurance program. How to enter There are three ways to enter. Category A participation: expiry date transmissions Complete an entry form available on a micro website of a group with which La Capitale has an exclusive insurance program, indicating the expiry date of your personal automobile, property and/or recreational vehicle insurance contract and agree to receive no-obligation insurance quotes and information on products offered by La Capitale. Or give La Capitale your contract expiry dates by telephone under the same conditions as those set out above. This participation category gives contest entrants one chance to win per expiry date transmitted, per product. Category B participation: quote requests Request a quote online at or call La Capitale toll free at regarding automobile, personal property and/or recreational vehicle insurance, and agree to receive no-obligation insurance quotes and information on products offered by La Capitale. This participation category gives contest entrants two chances to win per quote request, per product. Category C participation: La Capitale clients All La Capitale General Insurance Inc. clients who are good standing members of a group with which La Capitale has an exclusive insurance program and who hold personal automobile, property or recreational vehicle insurance are automatically entered in the contest. This participation category gives contest entrants three chances to win, per product. For example, a client who has home insurance and automobile insurance on two vehicles has nine chances to win. Designation of entrants

2 The name of the person who completed and submitted an entry form, the name(s) of the owner(s) of the automobile indicated on the automobile insurance contract, the name(s) of the owner(s) of the property indicated on the personal property insurance contract (home, condominium, mobile home, non-resident owner or seasonal residence), the names of the individuals indicated as resident tenants on the personal property insurance contract and the name(s) of the owner(s) indicated on a recreational vehicle insurance contract. Ineligibility The contest is not open to the following individuals: Clients with disputed claims or those who are in default of payment with La Capitale. Fictitious or assumed names: All contest entrants must use their real names (no nicknames, names of individuals under age 18, or any assumed names will be eligible for the draw). Contest Period The contest runs from January 7 to December 20, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. Prizes A 15-night vacation package in the form of a $8,000 travel voucher for two people to Alaska, with double-occupancy accommodation, offered in conjunction with Voyages Laurier Du Vallon, which holds a Quebec permit. The prize may be claimed at any time in The reservations must be made in 2014, and travel must be completed by December 31, A prize winner who would prefer to use the travel voucher or make a booking after December 31, 2014, must come to an agreement with Voyages Laurier Du Vallon regarding use of the voucher. Other details: Alaskan cruise aboard a Celebrity Century ship A Montreal/Vancouver departure and Banff/Calgary/Montreal return flight in economy class for two with departure from Montreal, subject to the availability of flights. 3 Luxury coach transportation Seven nights' accommodation at a three- and/or four-star hotel Seven breakfasts Travel guide Visits to Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Kamloops, Jasper and Banff Transfer from the hotel to the airport for the return flight The contribution to the Compensation fund for customers of travel agents will be included, provided the amount of the travel voucher is sufficient to cover such costs. Any booking or confirmation fees levied by Voyages Laurier Du Vallon are included. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documentation (passports and visas). Customs and immigration requirements may change at any time prior to departure. Subject to flight and hotel supplier availability. Advance reservations required. Exclusions: Travel insurance including trip cancellation and medical and hospital coverage, personal insurance and personal expenses, including lunches and dinners, except during the cruise. The approximate value of the trip is based notably on the average value of the departing economy class flight from Montreal to Vancouver, and the return economy class flight from Banff to Montreal. The value of the prize was calculated on August 6, 2012 for a departure date of September 2, This certificate cannot be refunded, transferred, redeemed or assigned. Can be exchanged for a travel credit worth $8,000, including taxes, at Les Voyages Laurier du Vallon, and applied toward any vacation or cruise packages. Subject to availability at the time of reservation. Can only be used for one transaction. Total maximum prize value : $8,000 Contest entry deadline The deadline for entering the contest is Friday, December 20, 2013 at 5 p.m. The draw Date and location of draw The draw will be held on Friday, January 14, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at the La Capitale General Insurance Marketing and e-commerce department at 625 Saint-Amable St, 8th Floor, Quebec QC G1R 2G5. 4 The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw. No entry forms will be distributed or accepted. One prize winner will be randomly selected in an electronic draw from all eligible entrants. The winner will be announced as described in Section 2 of these Contest Rules. Odds of winning The odds of winning depend on the number of expiry dates received, the number of insurance quotes requested and the number of eligible clients of La Capitale General Insurance Inc. at the time the prize is awarded. To be declared a winner The official winner will receive notification from La Capitale by phone, mail or messenger service. If, for any reason, the prize winner cannot be reached within 30 days of the draw, La Capitale reserves the right to select another winner by random draw. Claiming the prize The winner must claim the prize from the Marketing and e-commerce Department of La Capitale General Insurance Inc. at 625 Saint-Amable St, 8th floor, Quebec QC G1R 2G5, Tel.: , within 15 days of being notified by La Capitale. If not, La Capitale General Insurance Inc. reserves the right to select another winner by random draw. Limitations of liability and entry exclusions Mathematical skill-testing question In order to claim the prize, the person must correctly answer a mathematical question. If there are two or more entrants under a single winning insurance contract entry, the first person contacted will be asked to answer the mathematical skill-testing question. Use of winner's name In accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the contest organizers and their representatives to use his or her name and/or photograph for publicity purposes. La Capitale reserves the right to use the winners' names in all subsequent communications. Liability waiver La Capitale cannot be held liable in the event of any change or cancellation of the contest as a result of, but not limited to, inclement weather, storms, war, rebellion or insurrection.

5 Furthermore, La Capitale cannot be held liable for any entry forms that are lost, incorrectly sent or received late or for any malfunction that, for whatever reason, affects the availability or the operating capacity of the website or any component of the telecommunication system and network during this contest. The winner acknowledges that the suppliers of the products offered as part of this prize are solely and exclusively responsible for the delivery of their products. In this respect, the winner releases La Capitale General Insurance Inc. of all liability or damage caused by his or her entry or acceptance or use of the prize. Entry Restrictions Ineligible persons: Employees of participating companies and of La Capitale General Insurance Inc., affiliated agents and agencies and their employees as well as employees of all subsidiaries of La Capitale Financial Group and individuals residing at the same address. Companies having service provider contracts with La Capitale General Insurance Inc. and La Capitale Financial Group, their employees and individuals residing at the same address. Dispute Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
