2 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS For the best viewing experience, be sure your computer meets the requirements listed below. We recommend a broadband network connection for the most enjoyable experience. 3 ACCESSING PRODUCT 1. Go to and click Education Portal on the drop-down menu under Education. 2. Log in using your SBI credentials. Your username is your address. If you don t remember your password, click Forgot Password. 3

4 3. You are now on the main page of your Education Portal. Under My Programs you will see Breast MRI Case-Based Review and Advanced Breast Imaging Online Course. Click on this title to launch the product. *If you do not see the product listed, click My Programs on the left-hand menu. If the product still does not appear, contact for assistance. 4

5 VIEWING VIDEOS 1. After launching the product, you will see a list of all the videos that are available to view. Locate the lecture you wish to view and click Launch Product. The video player will open in a new window (be sure to disable your browser s pop-up blockers). It is recommended that you watch the videos in order 2. When the video player window pops up, the lecture will immediately start playing. Hover over the video to see pause, play, forward and back control buttons. You do not have to watch the entire video in one sitting. If you close the window and exit the Education Portal, the next time you log in the video will start at the point you left off. 5

6 6 3. If you experience issues with the video playing, click the Help tab on the main Education Portal page to troubleshoot.

7 ASSESSMENT QUESTIONS 1. While a video is playing, quiz questions will periodically be displayed. Select your answer choice and click the green Submit button to move forward with the video. 2. You MUST answer all the assessment questions in order to receive CME credit for this course. 7

8 NAVIGATING TO DIFFERENT VIDEOS 1. When you have finished a video, you may proceed to the next video by closing the popup window containing the video player. You will be automatically directed back to the main product page. If you experience a delay, you may also click the back button on your internet browser to get to the main product page. 2. You may also close the video player window at any time and select a different lecture to view from the main product page. 3. Videos do not need to be viewed in any particular order, but all videos must be viewed in order to claim credit. 8

9 CLAIMING CREDIT 1. Accreditation information and disclosures can be viewed at any time by clicking the Overview tab on the main product page. 2. Once you have viewed all of the videos and completed all of the quizzes, click Claim Credit at the top of the menu to begin the credit claiming process. 9

10 *You may also click the Claim Credit button on the left-hand menu, then find the product title under Pending Credit and click the yellow Claim Credit button. 3. The next page will display the course name and the amount of credit available. Click Continue. 10

11 4. Complete the evaluation and click Submit. 5. Confirm your personal information is correct, electronically sign your name and click Process Credit. 11

12 12 6. You will automatically be taken to your Education Credit Profile. Find the product title under Submitted Credit and click View American College of Radiology Certificate to download a PDF of your CME certificate. Save and/or print a copy of the certificate for your records.

13 REPRINTING CME CERTIFICATE 1. After claiming credit, you may print a copy of your certificate at any time from your Education Portal. Go to and click Education Portal on the dropdown menu under Education. 2. Log in using your SBI credentials. Your username is your address. If you don t remember your password, click Forgot Password. 3. Click Claim Credit on the left-hand menu. 13

14 14 4. Find the product title under Submitted Credit and click View American College of Radiology Certificate to download a PDF of your CME certificate. Save and/or print a copy of the certificate for your records.
