It s been called the gateway to South America, boasting a population of 190 million and soon to become the fifth-largest economy in the world. Consumer spending is on the rise thanks to a growing middle class, the credit market is booming and infrastructure spending is being fueled by its hosting of the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games. To be sure, Brazil offers unprecedented investment opportunities going forward. This seminar examines how Sweden can capitalize on these opportunities.

Mr. Ottersgård joined OMX in January, 2006 as Head of Sales and has been in his current role with NASDAQ OMX since October, Leonardo Viegas Co-founder and Director, Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) Founding member and director of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and chairman of the institute s International Committee. Claes Nordström Senior Country Policy Advisor, EKN Claes Nordström is Senior Country Policy Advisor at EKN. He is responsible for the political and economic analysis of the countries in Latin America. In that connection he is also member of the group of experts at OECD which makes the risk classification of the Latinamerican countries. He has previously worked for the ILO in Chile.
