1 Álvaro Gonçalves Partner, Stratus Group Founding Partner of Stratus Group, Álvaro Gonçalves leads the firm s Investment Committee and has extensive experience in the Brazilian investment environment. Formerly MD of Pactual Electra Capital Partners, a private equity fund jointly sponsored by Electra (UK) and Banco Pactual (Brasil), Álvaro previously held C-level corporate officer positions in a number of Brazilian companies where he led management change and implemented several acquisitions and divestitures cases. Álvaro has also served on Boards of Directors in Brazilian and multinational companies. He currently chairs the Board of Directors of Cinesystem S/A - a portfolio investment of the Stratus Capital Partners Fund (2013 vintage). Álvaro Gonçalves chaired the Board of the Brazilian Private Equity Association from 2004 to In 2010 he was appointed to the Board of LAVCA (Latin American Venture Capital Association). He is also a member of the listing committee of BM&F BOVESPA Brazil s stock exchange. Álvaro holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from FEI (São Paulo), a postgraduate degree from FGV (São Paulo) and an MBA from IMD-International (Switzerland).

3 Carlos Pazos Partner, King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin Carlos Pazos is a founding Partner of the Madrid office of King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin. With more than 25 years of experience, Carlos specialises in national and international corporate transactions. He has advised on all types of corporate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, venture capital investments and divestments, transactions in secondary markets (takeovers and IPOs) and corporate restructurings. 5 Fernando Borges Managing Director and Co-Head, Carlyle Fernando Borges is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Carlyle South America Buyout group focused on private equity investment opportunities in South America. He is based in São Paulo. Mr. Borges joined Carlyle in 2007 and has been involved in Carlyle's investments in current portfolio companies in Brazil, mainly in CVC Operadora e Agência de Viagens S.A. (BVSP:CVCB3), one of the leading travel services companies in Latin America; and Qualicorp S.A. (BVSP:QUAL3), the largest healthcare benefit administrator in Brazil. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Borges was a Managing Director at AIG Capital Partners and CEO of AIG Capital Investments do Brasil, being responsible for managing AIG's private equity activities in Brazil. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Borges was a Director of Bozano, Simonsen's Private Equity division, where he was responsible for managing a private equity fund sponsored by Bozano, Simonsen Group and Advent International. Mr. Borges has 18 years of private equity experience in Brazil, having participated in more than 20 transactions in the region. Mr. Borges holds a graduate degree from SAIS - School of Advanced International Studies of the Johns Hopkins University, the Bologna Center, and a B.A. in International Relations from Universidade de Brasilia. Mr. Borges currently serves on the Board of Directors of Carlyle's portfolio companies in the region: CVC Brasil Operadora e Agência de Viagens S.A., Scalina S.A., Orguel Administração e Participação S.A., Ri-Happy Brinquedos S.A., and Estok Comércio e Participações Ltda. 6 Joe Topley Managing Director, StepStone Mr. Topley is a member of the research team, and focuses on European investments as well as secondary investments. Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Topley was a Managing Director at Parish Capital, where he was responsible for leading the Firm s secondaries investment program. Before joining Parish Capital, Mr. Topley established and ran the secondaries investment program for Nomura International, based in London. Prior to that, Mr. Topley was a partner at Greenpark Capital, a secondaries firm based in London, where he led over 30 transactions of different types in a variety of markets. Before joining Greenpark, Mr. Topley worked as a telecoms investment banker for Credit Suisse, as a management consultant for the Coba Group and as a strategic planning analyst for Sega, the Japanese videogames company. Mr. Topley is a graduate of both Imperial College, London and University College, London and has an MBA from INSEAD.

7 Luis Fernando E. Lopes Partner, Patria Luís Fernando Lopes is head economist at Pátria Investimentos. In this capacity he produces strategic analyses and projections concerning Brazil and Latin America for Patria and its foreign partner Blackstone. From 2011 to 2013 he also led Pátria Investments UK in London, where he developed investor relationship activities, being an authorized investment advisor by the The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). From 2003 to 2010 he set up the Capital Management division at Patria in Brazil, being an authorized investment manager by Brazil s Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). From 1997 to 2003 Mr. Lopes was the chief country economist and strategist at Banco Patrimônio/Salomon Brothers, Chase Securities and JP Morgan, being responsible for integration of market strategies and economic analysis at all three institutions. Mr. Lopes holds a Bachelor degree summa cum laude and a MSc degree magna cum laude from the College of Economics and Business Administration of the Universidade de São Paulo (USP), Brazil.

8 Robert S. Linton International Investor Relations for ABVCAP Robert S. Linton is the founder of LCE Capital Advisory, a São Paulo-based boutique that provides international sales / marketing and investor relations services to Brazilian private equity and hedge fund managers. Robert is currently the coordinator of International Investor Relations for ABVCAP the Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. He has worked in São Paulo since 1993 for a number of investment banks, private equity funds and alternative asset managers such as Banco Sul América, Rio Bravo, Vision Brazil, Crefisul and Deutsche Bank. Robert has an International MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz School of Business and two BAs from the University of Michigan.
