9 Important Information about your up coming wedding Or Your Exceptional Life Event We host only one wedding per day per property US$ 800 non refundable deposit to confirm and hold your wedding date within 12 months US$ 1,000 non refundable deposit to confirm and hold your wedding date beyond 12 months Your event will be fully planned 45 days prior to your arrival Event must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival A symbolic English ceremony is included in all of our packages Civil and/or religious ceremonies have an extra surcharge All packages include sound system and microphone for the ceremony only Additional entertainment is available at an extra cost Special event pass for guests not staying at the resort: US$ per person Package prices include 28% tax and are subject to change without prior notice Prior reservations for romantic breakfast is required Due to noise restrictions all outdoor events must end by midnight Event venues must be chosen and confirmed at time of booking All of our romance packages are designed with your choice of the purest of white, soft ivory or the color palate unique to each package. (Additional décor and al la carte items are available at an extra cost) In the event of inclement weather we make sure that your new location is decorated beautifully and exactly to your wedding package plans. We always have a PLAN B and the location will depend on your group size. We are pleased to help you celebrate and plan your wedding ceremony, to honour your personal, cultural or religious ceremonies. We have vast experience with Jewish, Persian, Hindi and several other cultural ceremonies and religious events. Catholic weddings are performed by the local Catholic Priest and are a legally binding ceremony. It is the client s responsibility to complete all necessary pre-wedding paper work and comply with all fees associated with this process. We have a beautiful Private Chapel at AlSol Luxury Village that can be privatized for your Catholic ceremony.
