From decision, the delay to whole department coverage is 7 years and final coverage 12 years The client connexion ratio is high in area with poor ADSL and only 5% per year in area with good ADSL. Regret : the absence of the nationals operators any regulations made by the authorities It is possible to built a FTTH network in rural areas to maintain or increase activities while providing 100Mbs access to inhabitants 20/06/2012 SIEA - Network FTTH 17
