The result of the overall programme is the introduction of VoIP products in the SME market, based on the IMS Core of Lucent and products of BroadSoft and Atreus. Managed the KPN-procurement team for the pre-deployment customer pilot with Lucent, BroadSoft and Atreus. KPN Consumer Market March 2006 July 2006 Managed multidisciplinary project team preparing the Rebranding of Planet. Due to priority reasons the project results have been frozen untill the actual Rebranding of Planet into KPN in the summer of KPN Mobile Okt 2005 March 2006 Lead project team ICT Network as part of the programme New Communication Services of KPN Mobile during the Businessplanning phase. Resulting in all required results for the Decision to Fund the implementation of a new IP Multimedia Subsystem (Lucent IMS) in the Core network of KPN Mobile. KPN Mobile March 2005 Okt 2005 At the start of SYMPAC as daughter of KPN Mobile I have been the responsable project manager for the partner-implementation of E-Plus.
3 The result is a signed contract between SYMPAC and E-Plus, and implementation of processes and services that allow SYMPAC to offer their MVNO-services to multinational companies with settlements in Germany. KPN Mobile July 2004 Dec 2005 As part of the UMTS-programme of KPN Mobile I have been the responsable project manager in the UMTS customer pilot, which KPN Mobile successfully performed with TNO and AMC Amsterdam. The result of this strategic UMTS-pilot in health care allows the intensive care specialist of AMC to remotely monitor the intensive care transport to and from the AMC Amsterdam. The supporting services are based on mobile data services KPN Mobile Okt 2003 July 2004 As part of the UMTS-programme of KPN Mobile I managed two out of the four pilots with business customers of KPN Mobile: leading two multidisciplinairy project teams made up of participants of KPN, TNO, City Counsil of The Hague resp. ENECO Energy. The business result of these pilots consists for KPN Mobile and the participating companies of insight in usibility of mobile data services (based on UMTS and GPRS) for the primairy processes of business customers. KPN Mobile Dec 2002 Okt 2003 Delivered project support for the programme manager of i-mode Office inside KPN Mobile. Secretary of Strategic Marketing Committee consisting of board members of KPN Mobile, E-Plus and BASE. Resulting in coordinated developments 2 nd Generation i-mode: handsets, services and content by the achieved structure in processes and organisation of the i-mode Office. April 2002 Dec 2002 Managed the multidisciplinairy project team for product development of ADSL Lite, the new broadband internet access products of the ISP s Planet and Het Net. Successful extension of the Planet ADSL portfolio and introduction of the first ADSL broadband product for Het Net. Sept 2001 April 2002 Lead the multidisciplinairy project team Olympus Het Net, implementing paid subscriptions and migrating customers to a new dial in network.
4 Business result is the introduction of paid subscriptions and internet usage of the Het Net customers. Sept 2000 Sept 2001 Set up as interim manager a new department ICT Projects & Accountmanagement inside the, consisting of accountmanagement and project management within the ICT-organisation. The achieved business goal is a managed project management process for the ITdivision of the when dealing wiith internal or external assignments (e.g. National IQ-test for Eyeworks). July 1999 Sept 2000 Responsable for Planet ADSL: assigned by the director of Planet I have been responsible for the project development of the first ADSL-subscriptions marketed by Planet. In close cooperation with KPN the multidisciplinary project team of Planet succeeded to launch as first ISP the broadband internet access products in the Netherlands. These products were the basis of the successful Planet broadband portfolio. Dec 1998 July 1999 Lead the multidisciplinairy project team TrefPunt Business Market, delivering 4 new internet access products. Business result has been the set up of a business portfolio for the brand TrefPunt, in cooperation with the Rabobank. KPN Telecommerce April 1998 Dec 1998 Lead the Customer Processes project team as part of the project CommunityHosting, responsable for processes Sales, Delivery, Billing, Customer Services and Customer Report. As business result designed and implemented processes for the CommunityHosting service of KPN Business Market.
