Small Package Freight No SLI or NAL number is required for small package freight. Use the following guidelines. - Shippers in the US o Total weight up to 120 pounds o Total / combined dimensions no greater than 165 length, plus girth o FedEx Ground, account number (Reference P.O. for account #) - Shippers in Canada and Mexico o Total weight up to 80 pounds o Total / combined dimensions no greater than 165 length, plus girth o FedEx Express International Economy, account number (Reference P.O. for account #) If these small package guidelines are not followed, the supplier may be charged back for excess costs, including but not limited to those incurred by shipping packages over the weight or size limit or using the wrong level of service. We appreciate your support of this change. Small package moves If a small package carrier is necessary, the shipper is responsible to contact the carrier and schedule the pick up. The shipper should use an automated system that produces appropriate paperwork. FedEx

3 FedEx is HLM s small package carrier. US to US moves will be assigned to FDEG / FedEx Ground. Moves shipping out of Canada or Mexico will be assigned to FEPL / FedEx Express International Economy. - Shippers must have an account in good standing with FedEx. FedEx will not pick up freight if your account is not in good standing, even if the freight is being billed third party to HLM. - Shippers are responsible to pay the weekly Small Package pick up charge and other accessorial fees. HLM will not reimburse suppliers for these charges. FedEx Accessorial Fees all fees are per occurrence, unless otherwise noted Weekly pick up fee based on total weekly billing $60 and greater Shipping more than $60 per week via FedEx Ground $7 per week Weekly pick up fee based on weekly billing from $0 to $59.99 Shipping less than $60 per week via FedEx Ground Address correction fee $8 Proof of delivery Signature required $2 Insured or declared value $0 - $100 $0 $11 per week $1 per package or $150 per month $100 - $400 $1.50 minimum $ $50,000 maximum $0.50 per $100 per package FedEx billing terms - Use third party billing terms. Banding or combining freight into a larger over pack box or container is required when possible. o Consolidated over pack box cannot exceed US 120 pounds Canada 80 pounds Mexico 80 pounds o Consolidated over pack box cannot exceed 165 inches, length, plus girth Girth is (2 times width) plus (2 times height) Length is the longest side of the package

5 o Generate and apply only one tracking number per bundled shipment. o Each box inside the over pack box must be labeled individually. o Void space or air inside an over pack box must be minimized. o The minimum bursting strength for the over pack box must be 44 pounds per inch.
