Printed papers both Lectures and Long Talk presentation will be available in the room. There are two types of early career sessions, please find information on your paper in the Program and prepare yourself accordingly: 1. Long Talk sessions: Presentations will last 30 minutes. A junior and a senior discussant will share comments and questions in minutes after each presentation. The floor will be opened for further questions and comments for 10 minutes after each presentation. 2. Short Talk sessions: Presentations will last 15 minutes.the floor will be opened for questions and comments for 30 minutes after the last presentation. Locations of scientific program 1. Wednesday : A guided tour and a shuttle bus will bring you through the most important tourist attractions and the history of the city will be introduced to you. THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IS LIMITED TO SHUTTLE CAPACITIES. We will favour foreign guests and ask the understanding of Hungarian colleagues : Budapest Spa Gellért (1118 Bp, Kelenhegyi út 4. the tour ends here). Ticket costs 4900 HUF, the spa is open until Lukács (1023 Bp, Frankel Leó u BUS 86 from the tour ending point). Thursday evening Walking tour and social event: Our tour will start then end in a booked room of Szimpla Kert, a ruin bar frequently listed in the global Top 5 by Lonely Planet. You can leave your belongings in the room and a waiter will help us to get easy access to drinks. If you stay over the weekend The mountains around Buda and the town of Szentendre (30 minutes away from the city) are worth to visit.
