1 Create Screen New Navigational Menu Structure t New Function Menus Additional Search Capability Tabs will be replaced with sub-menu hyperlinks for easy navigation to any function a user is validated to access. The drop-down menu will be replaced with hyperlinks made available based on a user s validations. The search feature will be extended to all fields. This feature will be particularly beneficial for those who have a large number of template groups. Existing Actions renamed Action Buttons Action Menus replaced by Callout Menus Clear and concise totals Create button Performs the same actions as the former Save button; saves the transaction batch to the Pending Items screen to allow final review before submission. Send button Performs the same actions as the former Submit button creates the transaction batch and simultaneously submits it, eliminating the need to access the Pending Items screen. Will be active only if applicable to a selected item. All functional links that were accessed from the former Action column will be accessed from a callout menu accessed by hovering over the hyperlinked Group Name. (Users can also quickly access the view screen by clicking the Group Name.) Total template counts and default amounts will be clearer and easier to follow.

5 Pending Screen Action Menus replaced by Callout Menus All functional links that were accessed from the former Action column will be accessed from a callout menu accessed by hovering over the hyperlinked ID. (Users can also quickly access the view screen by clicking the ID.) Clear and concise totals Totals for transaction counts and total amounts will stand out and will be relevant to the actual batches. Sortable Columns Click a column title to sort the table by that column. Amounts are now separated Credits and debits will be separated rather than being combined into one Amount field. Action Buttons Will be active only if applicable to a selected item. Fields reorganized in a clearer fashion All pending fields will be reorganized into a more coherent, intuitive order. A Company Name field will be added, especially helpful for those companies that originate on behalf of multiple corporate entities. Column Totals added Totals for transaction counts, credits and debits will also be found at the bottom of the screen.
6 Template/Transaction Import Screen Template and Transaction Import modifications The template import screen will be updated to display the required elements at the top of the screen and the optional elements at the bottom. For both the template and transaction imports, the workflow will be updated to be more intuitive and to eliminate unnecessary steps. Fields that do not pertain to particular transaction types will no longer be displayed. In addition, the word mapping will now be used as part of the standard system verbiage. Action items and buttons moved to be more intuitive All actions are located below the mapping. Save button save the import mapping to the system for later re-use. Begin Import button initiate the import of templates or transactions based on the mapping. Delete button delete the mapping displayed in the current view. Cancel button return to the previous screen.
7 Reporting Screen Reporting altered for better usability The Reporting feature s Search filters will be improved to enable users to quickly generate general reports based on default criteria. Users will retain the ability to generate reports for templates, transactions, Pass-Thru and reversals. Standard Search Options The most commonly used search criteria will become the default criteria for all ACH reporting. Use the dropdown lists to modify default criteria. Advanced Search Options New advanced options allow a user to filter on a variety of recipient information, as well as on submission date range and amount range.
8 Submission Confirmation Screen Submission Confirmation screen will be reorganized A number of changes will be made to the Submission Confirmation screen to improve usability: Rejected Transaction Batches will be displayed at the top of the confirmation page, to alert the user to items that need attention. Accepted Batches will be displayed below the rejected batches. Company Name will be added to help clarify the company associated with a transaction batch in the case of multi-company origination. Fields will be reorganized to be more intuitive and easier to follow.
