4 P.E. OPTION Have to participate in interscholastic athletics, marching band, ROTC, or cheerleading for at least two full seasons. Students who do not participate in P.E. Option must take two physical education courses. If you are interested please see your guidance counselor

7 COLLEGE-PREP CURRICULUM Students planning to attend a four-year college should take the following courses: 4 years of English (Academic or college prep) 3 years of Math (Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II) 3 years of Advanced Science (Suggest: Biology; Chemistry, Physics and/or Human Anatomy) 3 years of social studies 2 or more years of the same world language 1 year of fine arts (includes visual and performing arts)

14 IMM COURSES OFFERED Introduction to Digital Design (Grade 10, 11, 12) One Credit Currently we are using Photoshop, Fireworks and Indesign for this class as well as other software. 15 SCHEDULE CHANGES The student should obtain a Schedule Change Request Form from the guidance office. This form should be completed with all required statements and signatures and returned to the student s counselor. A student who is permitted to withdraw from a course no later than: 10 th school day of a first semester or yearlong course, or 5 th school day of a second semester course; Receive a grade of W and no credit on the final grade card. Students who are permitted to withdraw from a course after the above stated deadlines will: Receive a final grade of F, and the grade will be used in the calculation of the cumulative grade point average. This course will be part of the permanent record and will be posted on all transcripts. A student who wishes to add a class may be permitted by contacting their counselor. After the start of school, many classes may be full or conflict with other courses. The student may not add a class after: 10 th school day of a first semester or yearlong course, 5 th school day of a second semester course Requests for teacher changes will not be considered.
