2 General Safety Instructions! - Check that the installation, putting into service and maintenance of this apparatus is carried out by qualified personnel with knowledge of the apparatus to be installed. All the procedures as laid out in this installation and service instruction manual must be known. - To perform the following installation requires a vocational training (electrician, electrical engineer) and some years of experience. - Make sure the standard and legal prescriptions are adhered to during the installation, putting into service and maintenance. All procedures must be carried out in strict compliance to the rules of good working practice and safety at the work site. - Please read this instruction manual and plan the work before starting the installation. - Strictly follow the information given in this instruction manual. - Pay special attention to the danger notes as indicated in this manual by the following symbol: - Check and ensure that the personnel operating the apparatus have the instruction manual at hand, as well as the necessary information for correct installation. - Before starting the retrofit upgrade the switchgear must be deenergized. The switchgear is de-energized by operating the switches to disconnected position. - Check that all mechanism springs are discharged. If in doubt, close and open the switch. 2/17

Arbeidet utføres av en fagperson. - Les manualen nøye før arbeidet påbegynnes. - Utfør installasjonen nøyaktig som beskrevet i denne manualen. - Vær spesielt nøye med å lese og følge anvisninger når det er indikert med fare symbolet: - Sørg for at betjeningspersonell har dette installasjonsheftet og har fått nødvendig informasjon når de betjener det installerte utstyret. - Før installasjonen påbegynnes, sørg for at avgangen det skal jobbes på er strømløs og at bryterne er utkoblet. - Alle fjærer på mekanismene må være avspent. Pull the position indicator on the upper mechanism 2 mm out and fit the bracket for the auxiliary switch marked S5 behind the camshaft Fix the auxiliary switch with 2 pieces of M4x10 screws Dra ut stillingsindikeringen på den øvre mekasnimen 2 mm og vipp braketten med signalvenderen merket S5 bak kamakselen Fest signalvenderen med 2 stk M4x10 skruer 8/17

Fix the bracket for the auxiliary switch marked S10 and S7 on the lower mechanism with 2 pieces of M4x10 screws Fest braketten med signalvenderen merket S10 og S7 på den nedre mekansimen med 2 stk M4x10 skruer IMPORTANT! Fix the wires to avoid any damages from moving parts VIKTIG! Fest alle ledninger slik at skader fra bevegelige deler unngås 10. Make sure that the pin on the cam shaft points in the same radial direction as the pin on the position indicator Påse at tappen på kamakselen og tappen på stillingsindikatoren begge peker i samme radielle retning 9/17

Fix the position indicator, which was removed during step 6 Make sure that the position of the position indicator is correct Fest stillingsindikatoren, som ble fjernet i punkt 6 Kontroller at stillingsindikatoren er i riktig posisjon 12. 12 8. Fix the bracket for the auxiliary switch S5 on the upper mechanism with 2 pieces of M4x10 Fest braketten med signalvenderen S5 på den øvre mekanismen med 2 stk M4x10 9. Fix the bracket for the auxiliary switch S7 and S10 on the lower mechanism with 2 pieces of M4x10 Fest braketten med signalvenderen S7 og S10 på den nedre mekanismen med 2 stk M4x10 IMPORTANT! 14 Appendix B S5 containing 4 auxiliary switches S5 bestående av 4 signalvendere 8. Unscrew the screws holding the position-indicator bracket on the upper mechanism NB! Do not pull out the position indicator! Skru av skruene på braketten for stillingsindikeringen på den øverste mekanismen OBS! Ikke dra ut stillingsindikeringen! 10 mm 9. Pull the position indicator out until there is 10 mm between the camshaft and the mechanism Place the bracket for the auxiliary switch S5 behind the position indicator NB! Never pull the position indicator more than 10 mm! Dra stillingsindikatoren utover til det er 10 mm mellom kamakselen og mekanismen Plasser signalvenderen S5 bak stillingsindikatoren OBS! Dra aldri ut stillingsindikatoren mer enn 10 mm! 14/17
