6 Kalibrering/ calibration Føleren skal være korrekt monteret på magnetbåndet / The sensor must be on the magnetic band! Sluk apparatet (fjern batterier) / switch off the unit F P Tryk samtidig med at batterier isættes / hold the button during switching on the unit Herved bliver Sensorkalibreringen udført og CAL vises. Nu bevæges Sensor eller magnetbånd langsomt i en retning. Efter afslutning af kalibrering (vises CAL 0 CAL 4 ) er udstyret kalibreret. This will start the sensor calibration and "CAL." is displayed. Now move the sensor slowly in one direction on the tape. Upon completion of the calibration (display "CAL 0" "CAL 4") is the display again in normal mode.

7 Installation Magnetbånd / installation magnetic tape MB R Magnetbåndet består af 3 dele. / The magnetic tape consists of three contents: A: Magnetbånd / magnetic band B: Stålbåndet beskytter magnetbåndet mod mekaniske skader og magnetisk kortslutning. This magnetic flexible steel tape protects the rubber tape against mechanical defects and represents a magnetic short circuit simultaneously. C: Dette stålbånd tjener til mekanisk beskyttelse af magnetbåndet og påklæbes maskindelen / This steel tape is used for the mechanical protection of the rubber tape and must be attached on the magnetic rubber tape after assembly. Arbejdstemperatur / Operation temperature : 0 C + 50 C Nøjagtighed ved 20 C i mm / Accuracy at 20 C in mm : +/- (0,025+0,02 x L) L = Målelængde i meter/measuring length in meters Længdeudvidelseskoefficient / Lengths coefficient of expansion : = 16 x 10-6 x 1/K Montagevejledning for påklæbning af magnetbåndet/ Processing hint for the sticking of magnetic tapes Det medleverede tape klæber bedst på rene, tørre og glatte overflader. Klæbeevnen er direkte afhænging af maskindelens overfladebeskaffenhed. The provided sticky tapes stick well on clean, dry and plain surfaces. The stability of the adhesion is directly depending on the contact, which the adhesive develops to the surfaces stuck together. A high proof results in a good surface contact.
