We include free setup support and training. The initial setup time per computer to install the Citrix receiver is approximately minutes. Internet Connection Requirements Users are required to have a minimum internet speed of 10 MG down and 3 MG up and we recommend that users ensure they have a good quality internet connection that receives at least a B score from pingtest.net. You can test your speed at speedtest.net. We are happy to provide a demo account upon request so you can test your internet connection and performance from all your various locations and devices in advance of placing your order. Billing Setup We are dedicated to earning your business every month, all services are month-to-month with no long term contacts. Billing is on a recurring monthly basis on the first day of each month to your preferred credit or debit card. Hosting and server costs will be pro-rated for users added mid-month. All thirdparty license fees are not pro-rated. A non-refundable setup fee will be charged upon receipt of order and commencement of work. Questions?
