Week 1 - Evaluate Future State Hosting Landscape Innovapptive s SAP Basis experts will work with your team in a structured and organized approach to understand your current SAP landscape, associated architecture and security standards. Innovapptive s SAP Basis experts will use our proprietary pre-defined hosting questionnaire to capture your existing and future state hosted solution IT requirements. Innovapptive s Solution Architects will document a detailed solution architecture design document of your 3-tier (Development, QAS and Production) environment hosting that includes: Solution Architecture Design Server Configuration Operating Systems Ephemeral and EBS Storage Memory Dedicated Connectivity Week 4 to 5 - Hosted Solution Proof of Concept Based on the evaluation and conceptualization phase, Innovapptive solution architects will build a proof of concept hosted environment on an Innovapptive Hosted Environment to avoid any unnecessary cost to the customer. The proof of concept solution will connect to your sandbox/development SAP environment. Innovapptive will provide the customer two complimentary SAP Certified Mobile Applications from Innovapptive s mpower App Suite to deploy and test the hosted solution build and integration features with a controlled set of users. The customer IT team will be provided with access to our self-service Identify and Access Management (IAM) tool to ensure all the solution architecture design, security and integration requirements have been successfully completed within the hosted proof of concept solution. Upon successful completion of the build, Innovapptive and customer solution architects will collaboratively conduct a health check and validate the successful build of all the detailed requirements captured within the evaluation and conceptualization phase. Week 6 to 10 - Hosted Solution Pilot Build and Roll out After a successful proof of concept hosted environment, we start a hosted environment pilot Innovapptive Solution Architects will take the instance built earlier and create a production ready version. Through this phase, Innovapptive will complete the build of a 3-tier development, QAS and production environment to make the 3-tier hosted environment ready for a pilot roll out. The components and duration of the Roll out phase will depend on your business requirements, selected pre-packaged mobile applications, custom mobile applications and objectives. 5

Customer will primarily use either registration system or as a second-hand alternative. Customer may initiate a Support Request by telephone during agreed upon working hours, respectively. Innovapptive support teams will provide the required environmental Controls 24x7 monitoring and immediate response as per the details outlined below. A Support Request may be one of the following categories: Report of unexpected behavior of the Hosted Environment Report of unexpected behavior of the Innovapptive mpower App Suite Support Request Events Support Request Initial response Description The acknowledgement from Innovapptive s Support that a Support Request has been issued. Case ID number created, Priority level assessed and initial problem description documented to an extent where diagnosis can commence. Remedy A workaround or bypass enabling you to restore functionality at minimum a decreased Priority Level. Solution An action meaning that the Hosted Environment or Software may be used in the same manner as prior to the occurrence of the issue. Support Request Categorization Level Urgent High Normal Low Criteria An issue completely disabling the functionality of the Hosted Software for users and/or all suppliers An issue having a serious effect on the functionality of the software on the Hosted Environment with no works around available. In the event Innovapptive does not meet the Service Commitment, you will be eligible to receive a Service Credit as described below. Service Commitments and Service Credits Service Credits are calculated as a percentage of the total charges paid by you (excluding one-time payments such as upfront payments made for Reserved Instances) in the Region affected for the monthly billing cycle in which the Region Unavailability occurred in accordance with the schedule below. Monthly Uptime Percentage Service Credit Percentage! Less than 99.95% but equal to or greater than 99.0% 10% Less than 99.0% 30% SAP SAP Mobile Platform (SMP) and SAP Afaria Licensing It doesn t make economic sense to invest in Full licenses when a user needs to use a few apps. Rather than purchase a full user license for the SAP Mobile Platform (SMP) or SAP Afaria, a runtime license can be purchased from Innovapptive for each app that the user runs on the SAP Mobile Platform (SMP). The runtime license is priced as a % of the mobile app list price, which is a fraction of the app price. The limited run-time license is available for any SAP mobile app and SAP certified partner apps.
