K. 913 Exam for a School Health Aide (P.M.) - Enclosure #13 BE IS SO RESOLVED, that in order to safeguard the health and welfare of the children attending the William Floyd Union Free School District, a member of the William Floyd Paraprofessional Association is hereby directed, pursuant to Education Law 913, to submit to an examination before Dr. Castoll, and such other medical professionals of the District s choice as are necessary to determine the individual s mental and/or physical capacity to perform the duties as School Health Aide. Such examination(s) will take place at a time and location to be selected by the Superintendent of Schools. L. Creation of Position Assistant Business Administrator and Purchasing Agent - Enclosure #14 Board of Education hereby creates one (1) 12-month District Office Administrative position in the tenure area of Assistant Business Administrator and Purchasing Agent, effective June 10, 2015, at an annual salary not to exceed $90,000. M. Appointment of Teacher Evaluator - Enclosure #15 BE IT SO RESOLVED, that having been provided evidence of satisfactory completion of the required training in compliance with 8 NYCRR 100.2(o) and Subpart , the Board of Education hereby certifies the following individual listed below as APPR Teacher Evaluator for the school year as indicated.
