Negotiation on giving mandate of deducting at most 15% in wholesales of services and equipments which are priced by our University Board of Directors and to spending authority. g) Scientific Research Project: 41. Negotiation on charging Prof. Dr. Belma Gümüşel, who is a Lecturer and as a representative of our Institution as authorized signature in order to set up of Cosmetics Security Assessment Unit in H. U. Faculty of Pharmacy Drug and Cosmetics Research development and Quality Control Laboratory which was set up depending upon H. U. Faculty of Pharmacy since this unit will take place in the joint project which will be conducted as part of High Technology High Added Value Monetary Assistance Program. 42. Prof. Dr. Derya Güler Aydın and giving 30 copies of the book to the writer as royalty by Hacettepe University Circulating Capital Enterprise. 45. Negotiation on color printing 330 copies of the book with the name Uluslararası Alg, Mantar ve Bitki Adlandırma Yasası (Melbourne Yasası) which was prepared originally by Prof. Dr. Ali Aslan Dönmez, Lecturer in Facutly of Science Department of Biology with the name of Code of Nomenclature for Algae, Fungi and Plants (Melbaurne Code) which was translated by Prof. Dr. Ali Aslan Dönmez and Prof. Dr. Yusuf Menemen and giving 30 copies of the book to the writer as royalty by Hacettepe University Circulating Capital Enterprise. 46.
