Every intelligent life form in the galaxy will be there. The voting alone will last a decade. And this year we re fi nally intelligent enough to join in. Yes, our very own planet Earth will be taking part for the very fi rst time Time for the rhetorical questions... But who will represent the human race? And how will they decide what to perform? And how will they get there wherever there is? And what will happen when they do if they do? And what if the host doesn t show up? And just who is The Milky Way Kid anyway? But all is not as it seems and as Orgon becomes more enraptured with his new companion the whole city is chattering. Is he a friend, a fraud, a miracle or a hypocrite? The family smell a rat and amidst the frills and frivolity of Seventeenth Century society they hatch a cunning plan to outwit the wily deceiver before he brings their house crashing down. Tartuffe, Moliere s famous comedy, is re-told in a sparkling and witty version by English performance poet Roger McGough.
