1 How to Register on the Learning Management System To view TMHP computer-based training, you must register and create a User Name and Password on the TMHP Learning Management System (LMS). Follow these steps to create a User Name and Password and to log in to the LMS and view TMHP training. 1) Go to learn.tmhp.com and click in the Account Login box. Version

2 2) Click and select your user type from the User Type drop-down menu. (example: providers will choose Provider) Note: Additional fields will appear when choosing Provider. 3) Choose your job function from the Role in Provider Office drop-down menu. 2 Version

3 4) Next, you will fill in all required fields. Required fields are indicated by an *. Length of time as a Provider*: (Select from the drop-down menu.) First Name*: Last Name*: NPI Number: (Enter your API number here. If you do not have a API number, leave this field blank.) TPI Number: (If you do not have a TPI number, leave this field blank.) Provider Type*: (Select MTP from the drop-down menu.) Business Name*: Business Address: Business ZIP Code*: Business Phone*: (example: ) Address*: User Name*: (Enter the user name you want to use to log in to the LMS.) Password*: (Your password must be at least 7 characters long. The password is case sensitive.) Confirm Password*: (Enter your password again.) Display Name*: (Re-enter your User Name here.) Version

4 5) Click to check the I agree checkbox and click. Note: You must fill in all required fields, as indicated by the *. If all required fields are not filled in, an error message will display and tell you what field is missing. An example error screen is shown below. 4 Version

5 6) Once you have filled in all required fields and your registration is complete, you can view TMHP training. Click a title in the menu bar or an image for the type of training you want to view: Computer-Based Training (CBT), Webinar, or Workshop Material. Version

6 7) For example, click in the menu bar to see a listing of CBTs. Scroll down the listing, find the CBT you want to view, and click. (MTP providers will choose the Medical Transportation Program CBT.) 8) Click for the Medical Transportation Program CBT. The CBT will open in a new window and begin to play. Note: The LMS CBT listing will stay open on your screen. To close a window, click the upper right corner. in the 6 Version

7 9) To go back to the Provider home page or to the listings of other training materials, click a topic in the top menu bar. Note: Your username will be automatically logged out after 60 minutes of no activity. You will need to enter your User Name and Password to log in again. 8 How to Log in to the Learning Management System After you ve created a User Name and Password, you can go to the TMHP Learning Management System (LMS) at learn.tmhp.com and view computer-based training.
