2 Buy online in Premier and pick up in store Your Corporate Responsibility Users (CRUs) and Individual Responsibility Users (IRUs) can order online, taking advantage of pricing and promotions in Premier. They ll receive a notification once their order is ready for pickup at an AT&T company owned retail store. 2
3 Flexible and convenient online shopping Benefits Convenience and ease of online shopping. Online pricing and promotions in Premier. Instant gratification of getting your device at a local AT&T retail store. No more waiting for shipping and no shipping costs. Features Shop for devices and accessories online in Premier. Find a local AT&T retail store with your device in stock. Receive notification when your order is ready for pickup. Pick up your order at a local AT&T retail store of your choice. 3
4 Check in-store availability for your device In Premier Online Store, you can find the local AT&T retail stores with your device in stock. Easily look up local store inventory for your device. Click Find in store. Your device is available at these stores. 4
5 Select in-store pickup When you re ready to checkout, simply choose In-store pickup and select an AT&T retail store. Select the store with all items in stock. Pick up your order at this location. 5
6 View pickup information During checkout, you ll see details about the store you selected and additional information about instore pickup. Easily find information about your in-store pickup. 6
7 Add order contact options For your convenience, during checkout you can: Authorize another person to pick up your order. Select the option to receive a text message when your order is ready for pickup, in addition to the we ll send you. Authorize another person to pick up your order. Enter an AT&T wireless number to receive a text message notification. 7
8 View messages when order is received When your order is complete, we ll let you know we ve received it. If you selected the text message option, we ll send you a free text message. Quickly find store information here. Conveniently receive text message notifications. 8
9 Receive notification to pick up in store When your order is ready for pickup, we ll send you an notification. You ll also receive a text message notification if you selected this option during checkout. Check your text messages for pickup notification. Now you can pick up your order at the local AT&T retail store. 9
10 Allow users to buy online and pick up in store Your administrator may need to select the purchasing preference Allow users to buy online and pick up in AT&T company owned retail stores from Manage Product Preferences. Select the checkbox to allow this option. 10
11 Additional information Your online price is guaranteed unless you cancel your order and purchase from a retail store. Online and in-store prices may differ. Participating retail stores and availability of stock are subject to change without notice. If you select in-store pickup, all items in your order must be picked up from the same store. Orders submitted in Premier with the in-store pickup option selected must be returned or exchanged at an AT&T retail store. Devices returned to an AT&T retail store are refunded to the same payment method used to purchase the items online. The Buy Online and Pick Up in Store feature is available for IRUs, Small Business CRUs, and Enterprise CRUs participating in the Enterprise CRU Support in Retail program.
