1 BYOD - Setting up Access on your Windows mobile device This document provides step-by-step instructions for setting up Cognizant on the native app of your Windows mobile device Note: - TruMobi supports setup on Windows phone OS, version If you face any difficulty completing the setup or have any queries related to TruMobi, please refer to the FAQ section of the guide - If the issue or query remains unresolved, please raise a GSD request under Networks & System Services > BYOD TruMobi Getting ready to set up Step 1 If you already have Cognizant configured on your Windows device, please remove that profile before configuring TruMobi on the same device Step 2 Go to Browser > Settings Select mobile version under Website preference Go to Browser > Settings > Advance Settings. Select accept all under Cookies from website and apps 1 2 PAGE 1

2 Enrolling your device Step 3 Go to Launchpad URL - from your mobile device browser Step 4 Login using your Cognizant credentials Note: CTS prefix is not required Step 5 Scroll down and tap on Enroll to enroll your mobile device Request access & download certificate Step 6 Tap on Submit to request for access. A request will be sent to the Administrator to provide access on your mobile device Step 7 Once approved, tap on Download button to download your certificate On approval you will be notified via PAGE 2

3 Certificate installation Step 8 Tap on Continue to start certificate installation Step 9 Provide the certificate password (as noted from Step 8) tap on the done button to confirm the certificate installation 1 Tap on install Tap on ok Once your certificate is installed successfully, you will be redirected to 2 3 the page below. 5 FAQ Section Go to top Setup related 1. I am unable to download TruMobi client application (or) I am facing problems while trying to download the client application from m1c portal? Yes, Please remove any existing Cognizant profile before requesting access via TruMobi. 2. I submitted a request for access via TruMobi and got a mail stating that the request for setting it up is pending with Admin. We have an approval process towards the requests and you will get the mailer upon approval. Please follow the steps in the approval mailer to configure the settings. 3. What is the password to extract the certificate? The password to extract the certificate is same as the password mentioned in the Step 8 configuration details screen. Also, The certificate password is mentioned in the approval mail. 4. I do not want to sync SMS, Tasks in my inbox. Go to your settings > +accounts > select the account > unselect SMS, Tasks to avoid syncing SMS and Tasks into your inbox. 5. How do I regenerate my certificate? On tap of submit button while requesting for access if you get the message Your certificate has to be regenerated. Please re-enroll to request for new certificate. Tap on re-enroll, you will be logged out. Repeat steps 4-15 PAGE 5

6 Security & privacy related 1. Will TruMobi remove my personal profile(s)? No, TruMobi will not remove your personal as it has no control over your personal data. So the personal account(s) will continue to maintain status quo. 2. If I install TruMobi, will Cognizant monitor/log my device(s) usage or access my personal data? No, Installing TruMobi does not provide Cognizant, access to personal information in your device(s). 3. Will the remote-wipe through Cognizant TruMobi erase my personal information? No, remote wipe via TruMobi will only delete Cognizant /cognizant data. 4. How to delete my account from my device? Provide the enrolment Id mentioned in the approval mail to the Admin or forward the approval mail to the Admin requesting him to revoke your certificate. Admin will confirm once your certificate is revoked. Go to your settings > +accounts > select the account > delete Support related 1. Which Windows versions are currently supported by TruMobi? TruMobi supports setup on Windows phone OS, version 8.0.
