3 We are delighted to present the latest Cpl Jobs report on wages in the technology and information services sectors in selected Polish cities. For yet another year running the IT services market has recorded double-digit growth in the number of jobs created while increasing process requirements affect the dynamic development of R&D centres in a growing number of locations across Poland. Understanding the needs of our customers and investors in terms of monitoring pay scales we have created this in-depth report on wages offered in the main urban centres in Poland. Data received during a wide variety of recruitment processes has been captured in this unified report. A fresh feature of the analysis in this report are the new job posts that have been examined and the IT services map covering all of the cities selected for the report. Among Cpl Jobs main market sectors, outsourcing and consulting services, as well as the IT sector have all recorded significant growth in jobs created, particularly in segments such as maintenance and software development, network security, Big Data management and solutions for mobile services. Of particular significance is the fact that the demand for executives has dramatically increased in comparison to So far this year every tenth ad has been targeted at people with managerial experience. We have also seen a dramatic increase in jobs in the e-commerce segment. Mazowieckie, Lower Silesia and Pomerania have remained consistently among the regions with the highest rate of labour market development in the last quarter. An important fact relating to wage level is the 9% increase in salary grids among highlevel specialists in many of the major business centres around Poland, i.e. Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, Tricity and Poznań. This figure contrasts considerably with the 4-6% increase we saw back in 2014 in urban centres such as Lodz, Katowice and Szczecin. Analysing our clients requirements for different job positions, looking at development plans of Cpl partners in ongoing outsourcing programs, we see a clear trend towards high development jobs, entailing wage in the upper ranges wage. Thus, 2015 is undoubtedly the development time of ingoing investments in R&D, and reducing the wage gaps between different R&D centres in Poland.
