26 PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF AID SCHEMES From the day of the entrance into force to Polish legal system till December 31, Ministry of Infrastructure

27 Present works on state aid schemes Consultations of the drafts with EC in 2007 and 2008 Elements agreed with EC Validity of state aid schemes: beginning of eligibility of expenditures: Doubts of EC - subsidizing airports, where the amount of attended passengers exceeds 10 mln - requirement of decreasing the level of subsidy to 10% in case of equipment in harbors and reloading appliances which are intended to transfer the load from the sea means of transport to others - the lack of developed practice in case of ITS - supporting of collection charges system and ITS in road transport 27 Ministry of Infrastructure

28 Stan prac nad programami pomocowymi the notification procedure of the state aid schemes started in February 2008 on the basis of article 12 of the state aid act at present the schemes are supplemented with additional information required by EC and Competition Office (UOKiK) the expected date of acceptance the schemes by the Council of Ministers and supply to the EC 3rd quarter of Ministry of Infrastructure
