1 Side 1 af 7 AUGUST The official registration for the regatta is now closed. We have: 3384 entries from 586 clubs from 47 nations around the World. All together 9325 seats and rowers. Means of payment in the WRMR2016 stands etc. at the Regatta area The currency in Denmark is Danish kroner (DKK), which is also the case at the Regatta Area. All the food stands in the Regatta Area accept Danish currency (DKK) and credit cards (Visa, Visa Elektron, Visa Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners Club).

Join our Facebook Group. Press here. Deadline for mix-races REMEMBER: Deadline for registration to mix-races is Friday the 9th September at 18:00. All registrations must to be made online in the RegattaCentral system. What is on the menu? - Food in the Regatta Area You can begin to look forward to a great food experience at the regatta. We are putting all our efforts into offering delicious nutritious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer: - 3 food stands, where you can buy sandwiches along with hot and cold drinks - A BBQ tent where you can buy delicious goodies from the grill, for example grilled sausages and steaks. - A restaurant where you can enjoy all the main meals. For example a continental breakfast or bread, cold cuts and salads for lunch and for dinner. Our chef will offer roasts accompanied by a buffet with many options to accompany the meat. Copy of passport Remember to bring a copy of your passport for the accreditation. At the Accreditation Office you can make a copy of your passport for 2 Euro or 15 DKK.

4 Side 4 af 7 Parking by car We have made two large parking areas for the rowers, coaches and spectators. Look at the map here. The parking area closest to the regatta area costs 6 Euro/40 DKK per day. Parking further away costs 3 Euro/20 DKK per day. The parking fee can only be paid in DKK or Euros large banknotes will not be accepted in the parking area. Public Transportation It is easy to get from Copenhagen to Bagsvaerd by the S-train Line B direction FARUM, will stop at both BAGSVÆRD ST. and SKOVBRYNET ST. Or Line A or E to Hillerød, will stop at Lyngby ST. Then take the shuttlebus to the Regatta Area. 5 Side 5 af 7 Car Camper site A limited number (40 pcs.) of camper vans can be parked at the riding school Exmoore. As the space is limited, it will be on a first comes first served rule. The price is 20, - per camper van per day. As the number of parking spaces is limited we urge you to make your booking as soon as possible. For booking please, send an to wrmr2016@roning.dk. The riding school Exmoore is located next to café "Den Gamle Have", Nybrovej 453A, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby. There will be electric power and access to water and you will also have access to a public toilet next to Den Gamle Have. However, please note that the site as a simple campsite. It takes approx. 20 minutes to walk through the woods to the regatta venue. Shuttle bus The city of Lyngby is located right next to Bagsvaerd. The Lyngby Trade Association

6 Side 6 af 7 is sponsoring a shuttle bus between Kgs. Lyngby and the regatta during the WRMR 2016 event. A bus will run from the Kgs. Lyngby town hall square to the regatta with a stop at Ved Dammen 1.
