2 Introduction The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Maputo in close cooperation with INTSOK Norwegian Oil and Gas partners are pleased to host a Fact Finding Mission to Pemba and Maputo March for representative companies in the Norwegian Oil and Gas Cluster. The Mission coincides with the Fourth Mozambique Mining, Oil & Gas and Energy Conference and Exhibition in Maputo from March. In preparing the program the Embassy has made efforts to engage important stakeholders in the Mozambique Oil and Gas Sector. It is our objective that the program is beneficial for the participating companies and their preparation for Business Entry Strategies for Mozambique. INTSOK The Norwegian Oil and Gas Partners represent a total of 300 suppliers including subsidiaries covering capabilities in the entire oil and gas value chain. The companies participating in the mission are all important players in the early stages of developing a national oil and gas sector. We believe they all can make a difference in the business environment, hence contributing to value creation in Mozambique. We are grateful for the dedication of time and the interest which Mozambique business partners, authorities and institutions have shown in meeting with the Delegation. It operates a fleet of 34 offshore supply vessels and has 6 additional vessels under construction for delivery in The Company s fleet consists of Anchor Handling Tug and Supply Vessels and Platform Supply Vessels. The Fleet is very modern and emphasis is made on fuel efficiency. The fleet of PSVs includes 16 large, new vessels built 2013/2014 and 8 medium sized vessels built , all vessels with Norwegian design and main equipment. The fleet of vessels operates world wide and the Company manages the vessels from offices in Singapore, Brazil, Cyprus and Norway. DESS has been active in Africa since its inception in 2005 and has vessels operating in West Africa and East Africa. The Company has two vessels in operation in Mozambique on long term charters. Both East and West Africa are interesting markets for DESS where we work in order to increase our presence. 5

The Company operates the following fleet relevant for Mozambique: Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) Siem Offshore holds a large fleet of modern Platform Supply Vessels.
