3 Leiv Eriksson Rig Skidding and Jacking of top part of drilling derrick Equipment used for skidding: Equipment used for jacking: WestCon AS Ølen, Norway/Bosphorus, Turkey Jacks for lifting of rig to skidding beams (4 off) Power packs for jacking Skidding jacks incl. gripper system (2 off) Power packs for skidding jacks SARLIFT 2500 (4 off, cap. 250 T each) Lower 220T Derrick Top Description: For the Leiv Eriksson to be able to enter the Black Sea, the top half of the drilling rig had to be removed. This to be able to pass the bridges in Bosphorus (Bosphorus Bridge and Faith Sultan Mehmet Bridge). Sarens AS designed a method that excluded the need for the crane to lift of the top half. The derrick was splitted and skidded to the Sarlift system and lowered to the Sarens support system and seafastened on this system.

5 Offshore Kristin Platform - Riser Structure Equipment used for lifting risers: Statoil Kristin Platform Custom made self erecting lifting rig, with sideways movability. Capacity 160 Tonnes Lifting risers for maintenance purposes. Description: Sarens AS designed and created a solution to perform the lifting of risers for necessary maintenance work, without shutting down the production. Sarens AS provided this solution within a short time frame with CE declaration of the lifting rig. All performed in accordance to all offshore safety regulations.

6 Gjøa project World Record Transport Site Move and Load out Tonnes Equipment used for load out/transport: Kværner Stord AS Stord Norway, Egersud Norway 532 axles Ballast equipment 4 x 600 tonnes jacking system (for the living quarter) Support system and beams Load out of the riser module (Egersund), Load out of the process/utility module, weight Tonnes, load out and mating of the living quarter, in Stord Description: Sarens AS provided equipment and personnel to perform this site move and load out. The operation was performed on schedule without incidents.

7 SPMT Site moves Equipment used for hull section movements: Kleven Verft AS Ulsteinvik, Norway Kamag trailers in various combination up the 42 axles Load in and mating of hull sections up to 1150 Tonnes section weight. Description: Sarens AS trailers contributed to a new assembly method. Prefabricated Hull sections were loaded in at the yard. The sections were fitted with various equipment and then transported to the dock for hull mating.
