1 Under the IAAF Competition Rules, and for the purposes of the provisions therein relating to doping control, TUE applications and disciplinary procedure, an International-Level Athlete is defined as an athlete who is on the Registered Testing Pool of athletes for out-of-competition testing or who is competing in an International Competition under Rule 35.9 For the purposes of Rule 35.9, the following competitions to be held in shall be considered as International Competitions (sorted by type of competition).
