Petersen Games and practices: All games and practices at Lillebæltshallen, Middelfart. Practices are limited to maximum 1 (one) hour per day, please respect your opponents starting time. Please see schedule for starting times. Local organizing staff will be at the arena ½ an hour before practice start and 1 hours before game start. For game schedule, see below. 1

2 Rules and regulations (received by DVBF at nov. 17): 6. Ranking of the teams The ranking of the teams in the first and second stage of the tournament will be made according to the latest CEV Regulations. The latest CEV-regulations are like this: 2 The standing of a Participant is based on the number of matches won during the pool. 3 In a CEV competition, points for won and lost matches are allocated as follows: 3 points for the winner 3:0 or 3:1 of a match, b. 2 points for the winner 3:2 of a match, c. 1 point for the loser 2:3 of a match, d. 0 point for the loser 0:3 or 1:3 of a match. 4 There is a tie between Participants when each Participant has the same number of matches won. In case of a tie, the standing of the Participants is established by using the following criteria in the following mentioned order, until the tie ends: a. In descending order by the number of allocated points for won and lost matches, b. In descending order by the set quotient resulting from the division of all sets won by all sets lost during the CEV competition, c. In descending order by the set points quotient resulting from the division of all set points scored by all sets points lost during the CEV competition, d. In descending order by the result(s) of the match(es) played between them. From the three men s pools, the best team from each pool will go to the finals. The best 2. ranked team will also go to the finals. The best 2. ranked team will be found like this: All matches played in a pool with 4 teams, the matches played against the 4th ranked team in the pool, will be taken out of the ranking. The teams which were 2. ranked before the withdrawal of the 4 th ranked teams, will be compared according to the normal system of ranking of the teams. 1. Meals schedule Individuel activites and meal schedule will be made for each team, and given after arrivel at Friday th. 27. Breakfast every morning between 7.00 and 9.00 in the Lillebæltshallen cafeteria. Lunch from to after each teams practices, in the hall by the cafeteria. COMPOSITION OF DELEGATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITIOINS The ORGANIZER will bear the accommodation (hotel, meals, local transport) costs of max. 17 members - 12 players plus 5 officials. Invoice for each teams, will be send after receiving this Bulletin 3. Participation fee, including board and lodging for your staying time, is: 75 / person / day.
