17 TI Sparkle winner at Global Carrier Awards 2014 TI Sparkle has received two awards at the latest Global Carrier Awards 2014 that recognize the company success in two main areas of strategic focus, the creation of an ecosystem of collaboration with OTTs in its Data Centers as well as its Latin America operations Sparkle s Data Center strategy aims at moving towards the higher end of the value chain from a pure IaaS offer to SaaS by enriching current infrastructure with new applications, partly developed in house and partly introduced by Partners.
