1 香 港 柴 灣 道 42 號 42 Chai Wan Road, Hong Kong Tel : (852) Fax : (852) URL : [email protected] 筲 箕 灣 官 立 中 學 SHAU KEI WAN GOVERNMENT SECONDARY SCHOOL 年 度 學 校 通 告 第 9 號 各 位 家 長 : 上 學 期 考 試 ( 中 一 至 中 五 級 ) 及 試 後 活 動 安 排 (1) 本 年 度 上 學 期 考 試 將 於 一 月 份 舉 行, 現 附 上 各 級 考 試 時 間 表 及 考 試 規 則, 請 督 促 貴 子 女 勤 加 溫 習 (2) 學 生 務 必 注 意 各 科 之 考 試 日 期 時 間 及 地 點, 並 只 須 回 校 參 加 有 關 修 讀 科 目 的 考 試, 其 他 時 間 須 留 在 家 中 溫 習 (3) 中 一 至 中 三 級 考 試 由 每 日 下 午 1 時 30 分 開 始, 惟 1 月 19 日 ( 星 期 一 ) 各 科 考 試 則 於 上 午 進 行, 學 生 須 加 注 意 中 四 中 五 級 考 試 則 由 上 午 8 時 30 分 開 始 學 生 須 於 開 考 前 15 分 鐘 到 達 試 場, 並 留 意 開 考 時 間 遲 到 學 生 將 不 獲 額 外 時 間 作 答 (4) 考 試 期 間, 學 生 須 回 校 參 加 有 關 科 目 的 考 試 學 生 如 因 病 未 能 參 加 考 試, 必 須 呈 交 家 長 信 及 註 冊 醫 生 病 假 證 明 書, 以 便 校 方 作 適 當 處 理, 否 則 該 考 卷 成 績 將 給 予 零 分 各 科 均 不 設 補 考, 請 家 長 留 意 (5) 本 校 強 烈 勸 籲 學 生 不 要 攜 帶 手 提 電 話 回 校 如 有 攜 帶 手 提 電 話, 考 試 期 間 應 把 它 關 掉 ( 包 括 響 閙 功 能 ) 並 放 在 座 位 椅 下 的 當 眼 處, 讓 監 考 老 師 清 楚 看 見 開 考 前, 學 生 須 確 保 身 上 沒 有 任 何 電 子 器 材 ( 包 括 手 提 電 話 及 智 能 手 錶 ); 派 發 試 卷 後, 若 在 桌 上 抽 屜 內 衣 袋 內 或 身 上 發 現 任 何 違 規 物 品, 或 在 開 考 後, 被 發 現 未 有 關 掉 手 提 電 話 或 發 出 聲 響, 學 生 將 受 到 嚴 厲 處 分 (6) 學 生 必 須 遵 守 校 內 考 試 規 則, 否 則 會 被 扣 分, 甚 至 可 能 會 被 取 消 全 部 考 試 成 績 (7) 中 英 文 科 部 分 考 卷 將 提 前 舉 行, 詳 情 請 參 閱 考 試 時 間 表 (8) 關 於 中 國 語 文 科 英 國 語 文 科 口 試, 科 目 老 師 將 宣 佈 個 別 學 生 考 試 時 間, 學 生 必 須 留 意, 準 時 應 考 學 生 不 得 遲 到, 否 則 不 能 進 入 試 場 應 考, 該 卷 將 給 予 零 分 (9) 除 出 席 率 要 符 合 校 方 要 求 外, 學 生 必 須 符 合 下 列 要 求, 方 為 考 試 合 格, 請 家 長 注 意 上 學 期 考 試 成 績 將 計 算 入 全 年 總 分 內, 若 學 生 全 年 總 成 績 未 達 下 列 標 準, 本 校 會 安 排 其 留 班 中 一 至 中 三 : (a) 總 平 均 分 合 格 ; 及 (b) 中 文 英 文 數 學 三 科 中, 最 少 有 兩 科 合 格 [ 中 一 至 中 三 合 格 分 數 為 總 分 百 分 之 五 十 ] 中 四 及 中 五 : (a) 總 平 均 分 合 格 ; 及 (b) 中 文 英 文 數 學 及 通 識 教 育 四 科 中, 最 少 要 有 三 科 合 格 ; 及 (c) 最 少 四 科 合 格 [ 中 四 及 中 五 合 格 分 數 為 總 分 百 分 之 四 十 ] (10) 中 一 及 中 二 的 全 年 總 分 將 作 升 級 分 班 之 用 (11) 中 三 全 年 總 分 將 作 為 學 生 選 讀 高 中 2X 班 ( 修 讀 兩 個 選 修 科 目 ) 及 3X 班 ( 修 讀 三 個 選 修 科 目 ) 的 重 要 條 件, 學 業 成 績 優 異 者 可 優 先 選 擇 入 讀 3X 班, 校 方 將 考 慮 學 生 的 意 願 和 考 試 成 績 編 配 班 別 及 選 修 科 目 (12) 如 因 天 氣 關 係 致 當 日 停 課, 復 課 後 首 日 的 考 試 將 依 原 定 時 間 舉 行, 其 後 的 考 試 安 排 將 上 載 學 校 內 聯 網, 敬 希 垂 注 (13) 1 月 20 日 ( 星 期 二 ) 為 試 後 活 動 日 ( 中 六 學 生 除 外 ), 時 間 為 上 午 8 時 15 分 至 中 午 12 時 10 分, 所 有 學 生 必 須 出 席 該 天 個 別 學 會 或 組 別 設 有 校 內 外 活 動 供 事 前 已 報 名 之 同 學 參 加, 有 關 家 長 會 收 到 專 函 通 知 (14) 1 月 21( 星 期 三 ) 及 22 日 ( 星 期 四 ), 所 有 學 生 須 如 常 回 校 ( 上 午 8 時 15 分 至 下 午 3 時 35 分 ), 老 師 將 向 學 生 講 解 考 試 題 目 及 答 案, 以 鞏 固 學 生 之 學 習 成 果 如 有 查 詢, 請 致 電 學 校 與 貴 子 女 班 主 任 聯 絡 2015 年 11 月 18 日 校 長 李 德 輝

In the event of school closure due to adverse weather conditions, the examination on the first day when the school resumes will be conducted according to the scheduled timetable. 5 SHAU KEI WAN GOVERNMENT SECONDARY SCHOOL Regulations for Examinations (English version only) 1. Students must read the examination time-table carefully so that they may attend the examination at the right time and right place. In case of absence, students should produce a parent s / guardian s letter AND a sick-leave medical certificate issued by registered practitioner on the day they return to school. No supplementary examination will be arranged. 2. Students should bring to the examination centre their own stationery, which will not be supplied at the centre. 3. Good conduct and honesty are essential on the part of students taking an examination. Students found cheating, obtaining or giving assistance during an examination will be severely punished and may have their papers disqualified. 4. Students should wear proper school uniform when they sit for examination and need not attend school on those days when they have no examination. 5. During the whole examination period, no ball games are allowed in the school premises except normal PE lessons or prior approval granted by the school. 6. Students are advised to arrive at the examination centre at least 15 minutes before the commencement of an examination. Before entering the examination room, they should make sure there are no books, notes or electronic/communication devices (including mobile phones) in their pockets or in the drawers of students desks. If such materials are found during the examination, he/she will receive a mark penalty or be disqualified from the examination. 7. After entering an examination room, students should not refer to any materials related to the subject of that examination session. If they are found disobeying this rule, they will be subject to a penalty in the subject / paper(s) concerned. 8. In the examination centre, students should put their belongings inside their bags. All bags should be put under their chairs (hall) or under the blackboard (classroom). 9. Students who have brought a mobile phone should switch it off and put it under the chair in a position clearly visible to the invigilators. Students are seriously warned that any electronic/communication devices (including mobile phones) in operating mode or emitting any sound during examination may lead to severe punishment. 10. Once a student has entered the examination centre, he/she should take his/her seat quickly. Absolute silence must be maintained. No talking or any other form of communication is allowed throughout the examination. If a student has any question, he/she should raise his/her hand to draw the attention of an invigilator. 11. Students are not allowed to eat (including chewing gum) in the examination room. Students who wish to drink water must get prior permission of an invigilator. 12. Students should not read the question paper or start to work until the invigilator gives instruction to do so. As soon as the Stop writing instruction is announced, students must stop writing. Failure to follow invigilators instructions may lead to a mark penalty. 13. With the exception of Mathematics paper for S.1, electronic calculators may be used in all examination sessions. The calculator must have been pad-printed with the H.K.E.A.A. APPROVED or H.K.E.A. APPROVED label or students will risk a mark penalty. 14. In filling in the boxes on the multiple-choice answer sheets, students should use a blunt HB pencil and rub out completely any answers they wish to change. 15. Students are not allowed to leave the examination room / hall before the end of the examination. Under no circumstances should a student leave the examination room without the permission of an invigilator. 16. Students must NOT take away any stationery provided by the school, such as writing paper (used or unused), graph paper etc.
