3 EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PRORAMS The ESMT Executive Development Programs are designed for functional managers who are transitioning to general managers as well as those looking to focus on special topics and build on existing knowledge. All programs incorporate the latest ting methods, which integrate lectures, case discussions, simulations, actionbased learning, creative interventions, group work, and discussions with ESMT faculty. Since peer-to-peer dialogue is an integral part of high-impact learning, participants with similar experiences and interests are selected for program to ensure maximum group synergies. Englishlanguage programs also include an international group of participants. ESMT faculty consisting of an internationally renowned group of researchers with industry-specific expertise conduct all programs. This diploma from ESMT is open to all managers with professional experience. For individuals, the diploma is an additional qualification and building block when pursuing their career in senior management. POSTRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MANAEMENT YOUR RETURN ON INVESTMENT The Postgraduate Diploma in Management is a new university-level certificate offered by ESMT. To acquire this diploma, candidates have to enroll for a minimum of three program weeks (18 days) spread over a period of 30 months. The postgraduate syllabus covers all major topics on leadership and general management. We have further divided the course of study into three tracks: Leadership and Social Responsibility, Technology Management, and eneral Management. Each program listed in this overview comprises one part of the four clusters in total. The modular structure allows you to customize your studies to suit your personal needs. The programs have been designed and will be led by ESMT faculty members and ESMT visiting faculty, who will also advise you throughout your studies. ESMT programs typically last two to four days. Candidates may attend programs in Berlin or in Schloss racht, near Cologne. Programs are offered in both erman and English. Tuition fees vary, depending on the number of programs you choose.
